The greatest part about Meare Manor is the friendly staff. They try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They volunteered information to me about places to go and restaurants to visit and they made my stay a wonderful experience. |

Breakfats room was nice. Owner friendly. Room was at end of cold corridor and place was a little run down. Not bad but not great. No door on cupboard. I would look at other accomodation before booking to go back there but would be happy to stay again if nothing else available. |

Meals, although breakfast was a little limited The central heating was not operative. We had a heater in the bedroom, but the bathroom was freezing. |

It's situation I'm not sure if the owner was having staff problems but we only saw her no other staff at all. The restaurant was closed even though we had previously booked an evening. The television didn't work, light bulbs were broken and the toilet cistern wasn't working properly. However the owner was as helpful as she could be and was obviously very embarrassed. However the cooked breakfast was excellent. |
