Located in the small town of Glastonbury, Tatus Place is just a 5-minute walk from Glastonbury Abbey. Ham Wall National Nature Reserve is 3 miles away.

With free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception, Days Inn Hotel Sedgemoor offers easy access to Weston-Super-Mare and the South West. There is free parking on site.
Score from 242 reviews Very good
The White Hart is situated in the heart of Somerset and just 25 minutes’ drive from the M5 motorway. The property has been serving as a pub in the market square of Somerton since the 16th century.
Score from 96 reviews Superb
Who'd A Thought It Inn is set in the heart of the historic village of Glastonbury. This traditional English inn has a restaurant and bar. Rooms at Who'd A Thought It Inn have simple, bright décor.
Score from 153 reviews Very good
Far enough away from the town to be nice and quiet. Off-road parking. Nice selection of locally-brewed beers. Good selection at breakfast using locally-supplied produce. Hosts - very polite.
Getting there using satnav - travelled down the M5 and was directed off at the Burnham-on-Sea junction. Hit the lowlands and fell foul of closed and flooded roads. The main road (Juntion 23 on the M5) was fine but avoid the low-lying areas when it has been raining. Nothing wrong with the hotel - this was just bad luck.
Everything, great welcome from Graham .Lovely big room great bed lovely en-suite .Breakfast was very good, and the poached eggs nicely cooked.Nice choice of cereals yogurts white or brown bread. Good filter coffee.
Having to come home.
The décor, the staff, the breakfast
No view from bedroom - expected it to be in the countryside, not in a village
The breakfasts were simply excellent. There a good choice of cereals/fruit starters and there was a decent menu to choose from thereafter. A great start to the day!!!
The shower was a very poor excuse for one - more a trickle than a shower. Also - to a somewhat lesser degree - we found the bed simply too big. We've never slept so far apart!!
The attention we were given was wonderful, we were treated better than in some Top Hotels. The owners are true people persons. Food very good indeed. Meare Manor is a comfortable place to stay. We will be going there again for sure. Pet friendly too.
Not a single thing.
Bedroom was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
Slightly musty feel to the place - all needed a bit of fresh air.
The manor was a lovely building. But interior was very much like a nursing home- the staff were very friendly- room was clean and tidy- very nice breakfast- a bit over priced for stay
the price the rooms where big and clean bathroom was also very good king size bed
nothing only there for 1 night
Me and my boyfriend stayed over the Glastonbury extravaganza weekend on a wet weekend. Lovely breakfasts really enjoyed the smoked haddock. Good sized comfortable modern room. Friendly and helpful hosts and a nice building.
Outdoor garden and seating didn't feel like it was for guests to enjoy, but it was raining a lot anyway so we didn't plan on sitting in the garden much. A mini fridges in our room would of been a big bonus but the hosts were very helpful in letting us use there's just to keep our cheddar from cheddar in!
We could not have asked for better value. The food was excellent and the owners very helpful and obliging. What more can you ask for
Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.
Your review is too simplistic and does not offer every option. For example, I was actually travelling with family but no children. I put fair for location as you would certainly need a car because it is a few miles outside of Glastonbury. If you have a car, then I would put the location as good. Also, I'm sure my quality of sleep would have been better if I had been staying more than one night. I don't think you ever sleep well the first night in a new place.
we just stayed one night, enroute to Glastonbury Festival. It's a nice hotel in a beautiful old building. Friendly staff, I would stay another day next time to be able to see more of the town
Shame about replacement windows in an old building.
Faded gentility! Needs a good facelift!
Overpriced for what you get.
Lovely B&B with friendly owners & a great breakfast!
There's not much in the area - nearest pub is about a 20-25 minute walk
The location was great - a 3-mile straight shot to Gloucester. The owners were friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious. Parking was easy.
The furnishings and bedclothes were a bit tired and need refreshing. Our room needed dusting and several light bulbs were burned out.
Lovely individual hotel with character. Fantastic room with choice of beds. Sitting in the garden to relax after a journey was a good option.
There was some slight road noise but not enough to disturb my sleep.
Very nice room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Hosts very friendly and helpful.
We seemed to be the only ones there so it lacked atmosphere, probably just picked a quiet week. Entrance lobby was dark and un-inviting (very Victorian looking) and gave a false impression of the rest of the hotel
The location was lovely and it was easy to find. Dogs were permitted in specific rooms which suited us as we had a labrador with us. The garden was easily accessible and there were many countryside routes suitable for dog walking. The room we had was large, clean and extremely comfortable with tea/coffee and even sherry provided. A very pleasant stay,
There were two windows in the room but each only had top openers so occasionally the room was rather warm. A burning smell wafted into the room from the incinerator located close to the building, which was unpleasant at times.
Very lovely hosts, excellent food & amenities
Helpful staff, Interesting house if you are there for Glastonbury - you will need a car. good breakfast
it's a renovated house and the facilities are a little a bit old. hot water for shower is a little slow.
Friendly staff ready to help, surrounding area was very peaceful. Not to far from Glastonbury or the famous town of Wells.
The property was ideally situated for us as we spent the 2 days birdwatching at Ham Wall . We also liked the fact that dogs were allowed, even if it was another £10! Breakfast was good, but not outstanding.
We did pay £110.oo for our 1 night in what was described as a Superior room, which was very small & not quite the standard I had expected. I felt it was where all the guests were put who had dogs, which is fair enough, but felt that £70 would have been a fairer price.
The room was very spacious. Liked that the tea and milk was not spared. Breakfast was good.
The shower wasn't strong enough and kept on going cold and then too hot. Wi Fi signal very poor in the room
