Surrounded by the Somerset Moors and Wetlands, the 4-star Meare Manor offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and elegant rooms with en suite facilities. All rooms at Meare Manor have Freeview digital TVs and tea/coffee facilities. Standard rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the superior and four poster rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over. A full English breakfast is served daily in the pleasant breakfast room and special diets can be catered for. Set in peaceful gardens just off the B3151 road, Meare Manor Hotel was originally a summer retreat for the abbots of Glastonbury Abbey, just 4 miles away. The coast at Burnham-on-Sea is just 25 minutes’ drive away, and Taunton can be reached in a 30-minute drive.

Meare Manor provides 4-star Visit England certified guest accommodation set in peaceful gardens in the heart of the beautiful Somerset Moors and Wetlands, just 3 miles from Glastonbury.
Meare Manor is situated in the quiet village of Meare. The nearest town is Glastonbury with the magnificent Glastonbury Abbey and Glastonbury Tor to explore. The historic cathedral city of Wells is a 10 minute drive away and well worth a visit. The surrounding area is famous for it wetlands and nature trails which are managed by Natural England and the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds. From November to March the Starlings perform their wonderful displays at dusk - an amazing sight.
