These luxury central Manchester apartments have large living/dining areas, balconies, free Wi-Fi, and DVD players. Deansgate Train Station, and the Metrolink, is a short walk away. Medlock Apartments have a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine. There is free tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The Jordan Street apartments have modern bath/shower rooms and spacious lounges with 32-inch LCD TVs. Medlock Apartments @ Jordan Street are a 10-minute walk from Palace Theatre. Location and price We were met by an agent of Medlock apartments as there is no reception on site. There was confusion about our booking which we were told had been cancelled, but then not. The Agent also asked if I could pay in cash (!!). The entry and exit codes we had been given for the secure parking didn't work and the off site reception closes at 5pm. The apartment was very hot - air conditioning or fans are definitley required.

We had to pay in cash as they have no card facility. In addition they are unable to provide a proper receipt!

I found the apartment very modern and plush. Comfortable beds, decent kitchen and bathrooms. The location was awful , so bad the city taxi driver had trouble finding it, not named at all. Worse of all no hot water, this was dsicovered at night when we were about to take a shower, electrician attended hour later to fix the problem then we were told it would take at least an hour to warm up! This was now 10pm, we were only there for the night so had to have a freezing cold shower before heading out for the night.

It was a very good location! And the appartment was spacy! We were 15 min early,and couldn`t check in, because nobody was there, or picked up the phone! When somebody came the rooms had two double beds, as we asked specially for one twin room! We only got one key and asked for a second, which would be delivered at 1700h, but it never came! Phoned again but no response! The toiletseat was loose and fell of! on the second day we even had to shower with cold water. We were very dissapointed!

Un desastre de sitio, falta de profesionalidad y calidad de servicio nefasta. !Impresentable! Un auténtico desastre de establecimiento, falta absoluta de profesionalidad. No tienen recepción en el edificio ni identificación alguna, son apartamentos sueltos en edificios residenciales. Para entrar debes quedar a una hora exacta con alguien de la compañía para que te entregue las llaves. En nuestro caso tuvimos que esperar una hora y media en la calle a un tal Saeed, quien supuestamente era el Manager del establecimiento. Llamamos insisténtemente al teléfono facilitado y nadie contestaba, cuando conseguimos localizarle mostró una actitud agresiva y desagradable. Desaconsejo absolutamente este establecimiento.

Compact but spacious, all the facilities I needed (full bathroom, kitchen etc). Quite nice to spend a few days in. Two sofas, comfortable bed, good kitchen. Secure parking. Clearly a "cheap" block of apartments. Horrible blinds that meant you couldn't stop sun coming in in morning, and the sound of some kind of air-con/pump right above the bedroom. Didn't spoil it though. Oh, the lack of cloths & cleaning stuff in the kitchen was annoying, but I left them some!

Space and location. Parking available but also an ncp next door as an alternative . The apartment would benefit from haveing some washing up liguid, dishwasher tablets and a tea towel. If you are only staying a couple of nights you do not bring those items with you.

Very convenient hotel location. Small apartment with tiny balcony. Couches were nice to look at but horrible to sit on. The bed was small and there was no hot water. Overall, just not good enough.
