Medlock Apartments @ Whitworth Street.  

The Medlock Apartments are in a good location. Our apartment looked out over the canal was really spacious and clean. I was very happy with the apartment during my stay and would highly recommend for anyone to stay there. I will certainly book again.

Rudest hotel staff I have ever met!!! ***WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE*** As this hotel does not operate a reception, apparently all i needed to do was call this member of staff 30 mins prior to arrival to get the keys. This member of staff was extremely rude and had a totally unacceptable disgusting behavior throughout. Kept calling me on my mobile an hour before my arrival bugging me on when I would arrive in a very rude and annoyed tone. My friend's flight was delayed and i explained that i would be slightly late. To which he said he didnt bloody care what the situation was and kept asking rude questions about why I was late and if i could travel back from the airport just to get the keys form him! He even threatened to just leave and that i could file a complaint if i was dissatisfied. On arrival- was greeted with the most unfriendly and arrogant hotel staff i have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Kept asking prodding (annoying) questions on what i was doing in the city what i was doing etc. in a very rude manner. He totally did not register our displeasure at all and felt extremely disgusted throughout. Totally ruined a short and what was meant to be a relaxing holiday. **WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN***
