We enjoyed our stay a lot! Great Location, stylish design, nice staff!
liked the location and helpfulness and cheerfulness of staff!
The bed creaked very badly every time we moved!!!
The need to call reception if you want air con, more than a couple of tv channels. Tv was hard to operate. The concierge gave us a wrong quote for mini cab so we had to pay double the price we had anticipated.
The Megaro Hotel Apartment was in a great location. Easy access to the tube and King Cross Train Station. The accommodation were great ( minus the square toilet, not very comfortable). I would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to London.
Very central for tube etc
Most of the staff were very nice & accommodating, but one was a bit rude while checking in.
Hardwood floors and thin doorways make it easy to hear movement in hallways and room above.
Standard of apt is superb, like new. Illy coffee machine and Sky.
London weekend August prices. Not a separate bedroom, semi open plan.
Pretty much everything
Close to Kings Cross station Plenty of space. Large bathroom, comfortable bed, staff friendly and helpful
Loved the location and its proximity to King's Cross station.
The water from the shower would get the bathroom floor wet since the glass doors didn't provide enough of a barrier.
location price wifi staff
littel bit noise in room relatively small rooms (?)
Being strangers in London it was so good to get off our train walk out of the station and see the colourful hotel building in front of us. It was centrally placed for us. The staff were friendly and helped us out on numerous occasions with directions etc. Our room had plenty of space to move around in, huge bathroom and having our own coffee machine was such a welcome bonus. We would definitely stay again.
We could not fault the room or hotel.
I loved the staff: they are not only polite but friendly and extremely helpful. I loved the bedroom: stylish and comfy with huge cupboards and closets, coffee machine, kettle, tea bags, hair dryer, an iron and ironing board. The cleaning lady noticed which tea bag I had used and supplied me with two more of the same flavour. It's a detail of course but it does show you how well they treat their guests. The location is ideal: just in front of St Pancras station with bikes for rent opposite the entrance.
Nothing. Loved it.
Good sized room, excellent bathroom facilities and very comfortable bed. Decor good too.
Helpful and friendly staff, clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, two minutes from the tube and train station, hundreds of eating possibilities around, free and reasonably fast wi-fi. You can leave your luggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out, when you arrive by the first morning flight and leave in the evening as we did.
Nothing to complain about.
We choose the Megaro because it met our travel connection needs very well. It turned out to be our favorite hotel in the U.K. We had a very spacious corner room that looked out on the entire St. Pancras area. The room and bar decor was delightful and the bed was very comfortable as well. The staff was a fun group and very helpful. What a great way to end our 2-week vacation in Great Britain!
The restaurant was a bit too formal for us. We did not find that a problem as very fine food was found in close proximity,
A/C was quiet and efficient Hotel noise was low Staff was friendly Good quality in house restaurant with reasonable pricing Wi-Fi speeds and coverage was excellent
Not sufficient sound proofing from Euston Road traffic.
-Great location, just steps away from the train station -comfortable bed and room -huge bathroom -VERY clean and well maintained
-the traffic is a bit loud
stayed a few years ago for an overnight trip to Paris, loved it then, so had to come back; surprised to find it has been renovated and improved even more. Love the comfortable king size bed, rainforest shower, staff great, restaurant, and so convenient for all transport. Great view over Kings Cross/St Pancras
it didnt really bother us, as we loved the room, the view etc, however people wanting opening windows may find the rooms overlooking Kings Cross/St Pancras a bit noisy - ask for a room overlooking Belgrove st.
Traffic noise especially sirens going all night long.- need some better sound proofing Door to bathroom could not be fixed open
Good location though signage from Kings Cross station could have been better. Very friendly and helpful. Good value.
Had trouble initialy locating the hotel.
A great appartment for 4 people with beautiful decoration. Nothing to complain. Friendly service.
The apartment was lovely, especially for a group of girls travelling for the first time together. It was stylish, well located for travel around London, and very comfortable for four. Will definitely go again!
The hotel was very clean in every respect, we had a room with a 'view' out to the front on the 2nd floor. Caught the Eurostar next day, hotel very good for this journey. Would definitely stay again should the need arise. The staff was very friendly and having a lift was an additional plus point.
The coffee machine in the room did not work very well, had to empty the overflow container which was full, worked ok after that. Had an evening meal booked in the attached restaurant for 20.30, was unaware that last orders on a Sunday was 21.00. This was not made clear during various email correspondence.
