Megaro Hotel  

For the price I think this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in London. The room was ideal and even though it faced out on to Euston Road the traffic noise wasnt an issue. The restaurant was great and certainly wasnt expecting to see lobster macaroni and cheese on the menu! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

Bed and pillows too soft

2Nd visit to the Megaro but the Superior Dbl room we booked this time was extremely small and hot We were told that the room on the previous occasion must have been a family one (not requested by us)

A perfect hotel for us as we were travelling on the Eurostar next day - it was just a short walk across the road to St Pancras station. We also had breakfast in the hotel which was very enjoyable and reasonably priced. Our room was surprisingly quiet for such a central area and surpassed our expectations. We liked the modern furnishings.

Excellent location - minutes walk to St Pancras and King's Cross stations, and various outlets of restaurants and supermarket located nearby.

1/ The WiFi connection was poor in the room. 2/ Noisy - frequent siren wailings from ambulance and police car from the surrounding streets.

We stayed for one night in a superb room. The quality of finish, furnishings ,linen and towels were superb. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. The price of the room was very reasonable. Would definitely stay again as its location is excellent for Kings Cross and St. Pa ncras.We had dinner in the restaurant which again was very good and reasonably priced.

It was very smart and clean with excellent staff. I specially liked the coffee machine. I would stay there again and would do so if on a leisure break as well as for work purposes. Fantastic cake in the restaurant.

It was a bit difficult to find an would suggest they have a bigger sign

Boutique style Facilities Location

The Hotel was really good, our room was excellent, the staff are really friendly and helpful. We found the food to be good but a little pricey for what it was. Well located hotel its minutes walk from Kings Cross station, we going Brussels on Eurostar and the location could not have been better for us. The only negative was it was quite noisy if you had the window open. That said we would definately stay there again....I Think wev'e found our London Hotel!!

Location - so close to Pancras International Station + public transport to central L.ondon. Friendly & helpful staff, clean room , no noise

Provide more information on city & other tours.....even though the staff was quite helpful they could be better trained to provide info according to what the customer wants.

Location, size of the room.

The room was not restocked for the second night, so we were left without coffee for the following morning, the tv didn't work on the first night and when it was mended, during the second night it turned itself on and off throughout the night. Maidservice seemed a bit hit and miss, our bed was made but towels were left piled in a corner (we hadn't left them like that). We paid a lot for this hotel, we usually pay half of what we paid in our favourite hotel in Canary Wharf but I chose this for location and hoped to persuade my husband to swap to this one permanently, sadly it failed to live up to its reviews on here. I did email the manager to let her know what had happened but she didn't bother to reply. Disappointing.
