Location is excellent if you want to take a train to other UK cities. Water in the bathroom was only luke warm. This is very good in a cold winter. |

The well sized room (huge for London standards) was very comfortable, and had the most cozy bed and a big luxurious bathtub. Also, the aesthetic of the decor, in the room, lobby and other common areas, was exactly my taste, modern, simple, clean yet cozy. There was a small confusion about my wake up call, but it didn't cause any major problems. Also, I could not get the tv remote to work... Also not a big problem. |

The design of the room was modern and clean. The facilities provided were excellent and more than would be expected. Very minimalist bar. |

The hotel was clean, modern and its location was extreamly convenient, just steps from the entrance to Kings Cross and St Pancras station. The one small issue I has was fixed promptly. |

The room was very modern and well thought out, quite luxurious. The TV set in my room could not be turned off without unplugging it and had a loud fan running all the time it was on. |

Perfect combination of aesthetics and functionality in design. The VISpring mattress is literally to die for. The fan noise from the computer CPU behind the big screen. |

It was really modern and beautifully done out. No noise, great location, great facilities - I especially liked the coffee machine and massive music selection - it was like a jukebox! I think this may have been my fault but it was really cold weather when we stayed and we forgot to switch the heating off before we went to bed, so it was roasting and took quite a while to cool down when we did remember! |

The linens were very nice. The room was a decent size and the clean modern design was refreshing. The free wifi was very convenient and the staff was very helpful. The price I was able to get via booking.com was very reasonable at 89 pounds. The room would not have been affordable for me at the regular list price of 245 pounds. It was a real treat for me. |

Very good position for Eurostar. Good modern room, but see below. The aircon was not working. At 3.00am in the morning water started to drip through the ceiling (not much anyone could do about it till morning). Also the lighting was very poor and the TV volume was so controlled that at full volume you still could not hear it. |

location was great for Eurostar travellers' it was easy to get everywhere. the room was large, rain-shower fun, and bed+pillows comfy. decor was tastefully done. we were a bit concerned about privacy with the glass bathroom door, but it was strategically frosted and so no problem. |

The hotel was really convenient for the Eurostar. The rooms were relatively clean. I imagine the standard rooms are a good bargain for this location. I regretted paying more to stay in a delux room and felt I had wasted my money. The towels did not smell very nice. There was little character to the room and the air con system made it feel quite claustrophobic. Room service is not 24 hr as advertised because when we rang to order food at 10.30pm staff said we could not order food until 11pm and would not tell us what was on the menu until then (they failed to ring us back as promised too). The night menu is pretty poor - cheese and tomato or cheese and bacon sandwich only. Staff did not ask whether we had enjoyed our stay. We didn't stay for breakfast - wanted to get out of there! |

Room clean and pleasant. No public rooms to speak of. Ideal for St. Pancras station. Hotel sign difficult to see. Corridors have no room labels so difficult to find your room down the corridors. |

Nice, modern and spacious rooms. Free internet. Right in front of St-Pancras station. Close to Underground. One remark: the tv made a hell of noise and only unplugging it stopped the noise. No clear explanation for the heating. It took a while before the room was warm. |

location is superb if you are travelling to paris, or heathrow, with tube and st pancras stations and banks and post office around the corner. The shower is brilliant with the hot water jets. 2 bottled water (made by the hotel) at your convenience. comfy beds, and good room size. expresso machine in room the kettle was a tad old (the heating element), causing flaky bits in the water when i boil my own hot water |
