Location good for access to museums and Harrods. Staff friendly and helpful. The shower room reminded me of a berth on board a ship, it was cramped and not very functional for a young family. Also only 3 out of 4 beds had been made, which when returning from a night out with young children is not the most helpful of situations.

It was very close to Hyde Park. So, its nice for for the ones who would like to exercise during the day. The hotel is also located on the nice area of the city which is kensington. there is no view from windows, they are all locked. So it depress us and feels like we are locked in a room. there is no hairdryer in the room.

The price was good we could have the whole family (5of us ) in 1 room. It was clean. Unlike some hostels there was a bathroom in the room. Good location near the science museum and the natural history museum.

Location was very good, as it was easy to get the metro or bus and go to the city cender. Hotel's staff was very good, always ready to serve you. Actually it shouldn't named as hotel but as hostel. It does not have the standards of a hotel even of 2 stars. The room was very small for a 4 members family with big kids. Its price of almost Euro 150/night is unacceptable related to the quqlity of the room and the hotel itself. During our stay there was a problem with the heating.

the staff tried to help us with the bad stuff (see that part of the review...). also- location is 10 minutes walk from the south Kensington tube station which is convenient. the hotel is NOT feet for families. as a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and a baby, we were looking for a room fit for a family. When we searched Booking.com, this hotel was suggested as an option for a family. inspecting the pictures that are posted on Booking.com looked like there was a double bed (for the parents) and a couple of bunk beds (for the kids) in the room. the pictures were deceiving. all the beds in the room were bunk beds. not fit for a family. We tried to make more room in the room by joining two beds together. I can’t even start to describe what filth we found under the beds (I have pictures). Also- the floor was sticky with something. The good thing was that the team did their best to help, specifically Stephanie from the front desk, she vacuumed the filth and moped the sticky stuff. They also offered us free breakfast as a compensation. The other minus about the room is the little-small-wee-tiny bathroom&toilet cabin. But we know about that from the other reviews we read about this hotel so this was not a surprise.

Great location right next to Natural History Museum and few minutes from Gloucester Rd tube. Great value for money for such a good location - family room for 4 for 2 nights was £299 over Easter weekend. Clean room, tv and tiny shower room. Staff friendly and helpful and there is coffee shop in foyer that is cheap. Lots of restaurants in walking distance - particularly if you head towards South Kensington tube (10m away) Very basic, tiny en-suite, no drinking water in room or tea making facilities. Need to borrow remote for tv and hair dryer from reception and leave deposit. Beds bit hard and only one rather pathetic pillow each. Breakfast is cheap but very basic - plastic bread, cereal, baked beans and sliced cucumber! Coffee very watery, I would suggest you go to Garfunkles by the tube station and for same price have full english or buy your own at Waitrose down the road. Basically if you want cheap, clean and good location this is great option - if you want a bit of luxury then don't bother.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff was nice. I like it a lot. The bathroom, at least the one in my room, was very small. The beds were a bit small too.

The location is excellent for London sightseeing. Also, the price is very reasonable for a family of five persons. I would recomend this hotel for a family who want to stay at a reasonable price and best location for London sightseeing. The bathroom is not appreciated by my daughters.

Staff fab! Luggage storage, kids loved the bunk beds! (Two 5 year olds and a 3 year old!) Fab location, clean! For what you pay I think it's great! We walked 5 mins to history museum and tube was near! The bathrooms are small, but functional so it really doesn't matter! Yes, you can hear the road, but no not so much as you can't sleep.
