Der var meget rent og pænt. God og venlig service. Morgenmaden var god, og der var også en god service, når man kom om morgenen.

Nice staff, clean room, quite area, close to the underground.

The cleanliness, the location and especially the breakfast which was included.

Not much, there's no lift which was rough getting up the stairs to the fourth floor with luggage although the staff offered to help. I don't really have any serious complaints. I'd recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast and the way that it was set up was excellent.I was very pleased with the single room I had and the fact that it had a wash basin. The location was great. The rooms are very clean.

Clean, comfortable and good value hotel with great links to Central London (5 minute walk to Pimlico Station on Northern Line).

Good location, quiet, yet within walking distance of certain areas but also on bus route. Amenities within area i.e. a few cafes, little pubs, restaurants & shops. Hotel appeared recently refurbished, very clean and provided everything one needed for an overnight stay, god continental breakfast and pleasant and efficient staff.

The staff were polite, friendly & very helpful. Lovely view from the room.Very clean. Convenient location. Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast & a very nice touch to have a lovely lady serving tea/coffee & hot toast.

Only one of those really minor things that can cause a disproportionate amount of stress - the kettle cord was a little short & you could only have either the kettle or the tv plugged in.

Very nice Hotel with nice and clean rooms and helpful staff at a very convenient location. I will come back.

Shower 4 floors away from room. Noisy due to ventilation.

The staff (I think I talked to the owner) were incredibly friendly, solicitous, and did everything they could to help me find my way around London. They had maps near at hand and offered to give me restaurant suggestions if I wanted.

I knew in advance that I would have to share a washroom (with one other person) and that the room would be tiny, but I did not realize that the walls would be paper thin. I could hear everything that happened in the room next to me... Every creak of the bed, every cough, sneeze, or television programme... Luckily, my neighbour tried to be very quiet, but I could still hear everything that was going on.

Very friendly staff and nice continental breakfast. The bedroom was comfortable a bit small though and the area is wonderful close to restaurants, Pimlico tube station and central. The room was very clean so as the hotel. TV + free wifi.

We chose the Melbourne because of its location,we had stayed at this hotel before and found its location ideal for the sites we wanted to visit,Buckingham Palace,houses of Parliament etc.We found the Hotel staff very friendly and caring,the room we had although very small was very clean and fresh looking,we spoke to the owner because we could see a difference in the decor from our last visit 2yrs ago he said he likes to invest in a face life every year if possible,so yes thumbs up from us.

The only thing i didn't like was the price,booking through Booking.com we assumed we were getting a better deal price wise only to find out we could have gotten the same room £20 cheaper booking direct so in-future we will be doing just that

The room was cold.

The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was very central for site-seeing. The manager was very helpful and gave me good instructions for getting around. The room was small but not claustrophobic. The shared bathroom was large and luxurious. Very good value for money given the location. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff and the breakfast was pleasant. The location was excellent.

The bathroom.It was three floors away from my room. The shower broke the first time I used it and landed on my foot. Very painful.

The interior of this place has been renewed quite recently I guess. Maybe refurbishment is still needed, but clean and absolutely nice compared to others seen in London. I liked the location, a few minutes only from Victoria and easy to find. Complementary coffee/tea in the room if you like.

If you go for shared bathroom, please note it is on a different floor. Breakfast could be improved by at least a small selection of hot food (i.e. sausages or eggs), but otherwise it is all right for a short stay, variety of cold meal is available.

Hotel is situated in a nice area of London within easy walking distance of Victoria.
