The stay was for a long weekend sightseeing around London and the hotel was in a good location for us.It was just enough distance to be off the hussle and bustle of the centre of London but near enough to walk to oxford street. There is an underground station 2mins from the hotel. The hotel was friendly but not intrusive and anything asked for was taken care of for us.The room we had was a classic room and had everything you needed. The little touches like the iron and iron board.kettle and classes make all the difference.I would stay there again on my next trip to London.

I chose this hotel for it's location as I had business in the west end. The experience from arrival to departure was excellent. We asked for a twin room but were allocated a double. We were immediately upgraded to a superior twin room. The service in the bar was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choice. I would stay again. One word of warning though - we tipped the bar staff in cash - but were charge £2 for gratuities for the bar on our bill automatically. The receptionist apologised for this.

The room is quite large (we've got an upgrade), clean and with a big bed. It's quiet in the evening. No complaints, maybe it was a little expensive, but that's London I guess.

Very friendly staff. Good facilities. Excellent choices for breakfast. Bicycle friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was not the cheapest option, but still was good value for money.

The Hotel was very efficient, everyone was helpful and pleasant, recommend friends to book, although the bar prices were rather excessive even for London prices. Just the prices of the bar.

Staff were very friendly, excellent buffet breakfast, my room was very comfortable and as advertised. The lifts are very good when you are in them. The method of entry is stupid and confusing!

Lovely hotel, very buzzy, nice atmosphere, with a good range of eateries within the hotel, The bar had offered good bar snacks, there was a more casual restaurant in the lobby and a gourmet restaurant. It was the type of place you could happily spend the evening in if you were too exhausted after being out all day shopping and sightseeing. Also it's in a good area and very close to the tube.

Location is good next to underground station. 1) Very small room. You can hardly fit in. 2) Blanket had holes. 3) You can hear almost everything from next room

Comfort. Good and professional service. Having specified a room with a shower, on account of my wife's injured leg, we were allocated a room with a high-sided bath which was not suitable. When I complained the receptionist admitted she had not read my stipulation. We were then given a room for the disabled, which we didn't want, with an ugly and absurd shower with a noisy and inadequate drainage pump which left the entire floor flooded; the sort of thing you expect to find in a 2-star hotel.

Excellent location right next to the best park in London. The staff were helpful and professional. The bedroom was a little small and could do with a bit of an upgrade.

Very clean hotel in an excellent location. Easy access to Oxford Street for shopping and restuarants. Across from Regents Park which is very relaxing. My room faced on to the main road and i found the traffic a bit noisy at night.

Very comfortable room and wonderful staff. The room was a bit noisey due to the outside traffic but if that really bothered you I assume you could request an inside room. Didn't really bother me as I am a deep sleeper. On our the last morning the shower rail fell down! A bit odd but the staff were very sorry and I am confident that the staff would have addressed this issue ASAP if we were stating on that day

Great central venue, efficient competant staff, fantastic breakfast! As it was a spanish hotel, the ambient temperature in the hotel was over 25 degrees. Fortunately my bedroom window opened so I could bring the temperature down to a more reasonable level!
