There was no soap to even wash our hands with in the room when we arrived. The bathroom and fridge had not been restocked and there was food belonging to the previous guest still in the fridge. The hot buffet breakfast was stale, overcooked and greasy and despite our room apparently being soundproofed, we could hear the guests next door talking until the early hours of the morning. Our executive deal, costing £224 per night, included finger buffet and drinks in the Level lounge, but there was little food left when we arrived and virtually no alcoholic drinks at all. There were no staff on hand to report our findings. |

Efficient and helpfull check in. Good sized rooms well decorated. Efficient lift system. Smoking rooms. We stay at the Melia White house for a medical business conference every year. I think this will be the last year. Bar service in the evening is unsatisfactory when busy. This year the bar shut at 2a.m., the same time we (about 50 of us) returned from our function and wanted to socialise in the bar. Our only option was room service which was very expensive. |

The Level fsacility offered excellent value for money. The staff were polite and friendly without exception. Lack of hair dressing facility! |

The location was very convenient. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. They did not credit me with the advance payment that I made when I booked the rooms on line through booking.com and I am still fighting with them to refund the 368GBP to my credit card. |

Arrived at approx. 9.00am and were allowed access to our room. This we regarded as excellent service as it allowed us to freshen up after travelling all night and prior to taking in the London sites. Very polite staff. |

good location that closes to metor stations. But a bit far from real center by walking. The room has the smoke smell and very small with classic room. Friendly staffs. |

I really liked the fact that the hotel was on a bus route and close to Camden and the city centre - the two main areas we had intended covering during our stay. Our room was spotless and was quiet at night time. Our room was very small. As a traveller, I would have liked more tourist/events information available or on display. I felt this service was lacking. The concierge was very helpful and could supply a map but other leaflets or information could have been provided also. |

We enjoyed the special deal with access to a private lounge and complimentary drinks and snacks. When visiting London it was pleasant to be able to come back to a good range of refreshments. Although a very large hotel we felt very comfortable and it seemed quiet. |

The deluxe rooms were comfortable. The booking process was poor. Instead of desk staff re-booking you for another night, they simply put you on the phone and you do it over the phone. This way, you get no written record of the booking. In our case, that resulted in booking errors that ended up costing us money. Also, the breakfast buffet was unbelievably expensive for what it is. |

Reception area, nice room, Plentiful buffets. Early check in. Mix up with room as we were accused in the bar of not being in the room we were assigned to and then asked to produce the room ticket . even after we showed the number a man from reception came and asked us again for room number and said we were not in the system even though we had checked in and signed a form which the reception had. |

Nothing really, just another hotel. The room was too small. I wasn't impressed by the tea facilities in the room. There was only one teabag for a couple. I thought the bathroom was very tiny, nowhere to put anything. I thought the hotel was very ordinary. I was expecting higher standards. |
