It is an all round efficient and friendly hotel with good services and amenities, coupled with a most convenient location. Good value for money.

Excellent location, staff is helpful The room was pretty small, the organisation in the breakfast room a disaster, definitely not the right value for money, In other countries you get more in a three star hotel (this is a four star)

Location perfect, only 7/8 minutes walk from Euston Station. Extremely comfortable room, good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was busy and the breakfast buffet could have been managed more efficiently. Some extra staff needed to avoid the person at the desk having to leave station.

The location and public areas of the hotel. The room was absolutely tiny, the double bed was too small for two people and there was no proper wardrobe - nowhere to hang a coat or a dress. The room was of a much worse standard than I have had previously in this hotel. Would never stay again in case I got such a room for a second time.

very little despite having our reservation "confirmed", on arrival we were told that the hotel was overbooked and we were given a 'poky', uncomfortable little room and that only after we protested about the offer to move to another hotel in a different part of London. Disgusting !

Big rooms, excellent breakfast, everything is clean and shining. Permanent queue at reception desk, strange lift system: you should find the special computer to select number of your floor, then it tells you which lift car your can use.

the hotel was lovely - very clean and tidy .The lobby was as beautiful as many 5 star hotels I have stayed in.The helpful reception staff showed me the master suite as I had considered an upgrade. The Junior suite was lovely. The Club lounge was also of 5star quality. At 5 am we were woken by the sound of trolleys being pushed along a hard floor .This went on until 8.00am .We were in room 177 - I think we were above the kitchens. the noise was awful .

Staff were excellent! They made our stay a very enjoyable experience. I realise where we are, however the room was very small. It is not possible to relax in the room given there are no comfortable chairs to sit in (small complaint).
