rooms just behind lifts are very noisy . mechanical noise from lifts' moving up and down prevented me from good sleeping. first foor is also noisy from music of ground floor at nighrt . |

the location.flexibility with us about early check out refund. the front desk people are very slow (20 Minutes for check in, 15 minutes for check out), Local telephone calls are a rip off!!! |

the staff were friendly and helpful and we had a nice meal in the spanish restaurant. the air freshener...the scent used in the hotel lobby is very overpowering! the rooms very small I would know next time to upgrade to a bigger room. I didn't much care for the added gratuity to my bills. Most people tip generously when service is acceptable. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. We were upgraded, with an additional small fee, to the excecutive level because the room we had booked was not available for the first night. This room was worth the price difference and we stayed there for our whole stay. The check-in process is slow. |

The location was good & style of hotel more interesting than lots of ‘chain’ London hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly at the front desk accommodated our request for a higher floor room. The bathroom was tiny. One of the smallest I have ever seen in a European hotel. It was also a little ‘dated’. |

Our room was beautifully decorated, as was the whole hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was to the utmost quality. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. By far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. |

Hotel staff was polite and professional. Breakfast was also excellent. Hotel was located near the underground and even walking distance of many interest. Minibar system was so sensitive that item was charged without replacing or using anything. |

the location for us was excellent the staff were very friendly and accomodating.,The hotel was lovely and clean. Quck check in/out our room was near the lift, the noise was unbearable at certain points in the evening and we did not get very much sleep in the two nights which we stayed there.Could not be movefd due to the hotel being full. |
