In London’s West End, less than a 5-minute walk from Tottenham Court Underground Station and Oxford Street shops is the St Giles.

A 5-minute walk from the shopping on Oxford Street and Regent Street, this elegant Victorian town house features a buffet-style continental breakfast and is a short walk from many Tube (subway)...

The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is set across from the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, on the South Bank. It is close to the London Eye, the Aquarium, restaurants and theaters.

Great hotel, very comfortable. Restaurant and bars are excellent. Superb location for getting around London.
Difficult to find fault.
Room was clean and adequate size Good and easy wifi Central location
Keys did not work after first night and a long wait to rectify at reception Packed bar on Friday night and lack of staff meant a long time to get served
sat tv programs were poor
The location, close to the tube with a lot of restaurants nearby.
I have stayed in this hotel before. The sound insulation between the rooms is very bad.
4star comfort and location great
Clean, well equipped, pleasant staff, nice bar and communal areas.
Long queue at check-out. Room was not over-generous in size, but very well appointed and nicely decorated
Super swanky, the lifts were very cool
Queue for breakfast on Sunday morning was 15-20 minutes (this was the same no matter what time you went apparently) so the hotel could work on utilising their available space better - use the bar seating area opposite the restaurant area
Rudest staff, our room was horrible and they screwed up the room which at first didn't even fit our luggage even into it and demanded the only way I could get a bigger room was to pay another 70 pounds. The staff was so rude, and to add insult to injury none of the room keys worked so we had to have someone let us in every time we left the room. Hated everything about this stay and will never go back!!!
Great location and great value for money - would definitely stay there again.
Lovely room, was accessible at 12 noon. We found it was only a 15 minute walk from Oxford Circus. With Portland and Regents park underground so close it was ideal base.
Friendly, professional staff. Great location. Beautiful hotel with a mix of modern and old-school feel. Comfortable room.
The fact that we requested twin beds and were given a double. When we asked for a changed were told it was not possible.
-friendly and helpful staff -room were clean and tidy -very good connection with wifi -very good located (many supermarket like Tesco just 20m away, tube station only 30m away)
-gym equipment -ambient air in the lobby quite strong -mainly Spanish guests
The hotel was beautiful and very Warm and welcoming. They were very understanding of the need of My service dog. Excellent check in service and housekeeping and concierge!
The hotel eas in a brilliant location , the staff were very friendly and helpful , the food was good and the room was beautiful . Will definitely stop here again next time I come to London
Room is comfortable, big bar and nice gym. Most of the staff are helpful and welcoming
Not close enough. More then 10m to Oxford street. Elevators are very (very) slow.
I was guaranteed a twin room when I booked online but when we arrived we were told that the only twin room available to us was a disabled twin room. I am relieved that a disabled person did not stay in that room because they might not have been able to access the wardrobe as the gap between the bed and wardrobe was quite narrow. Also there was an interior door to the room next door and the noise level was inappropriate.
The room - specially the bed. The breakfast - lots of options. The location - very close to the tube and a walking distance to the center.
The staff wasn't always kind and seemed to be annoyed by our requests. At first we got a noisy room and they weren't very helpful. The elevator is very busy so you have to wait a long time for it.
Very comfortable Great bar with entertainment and fantastic staff
Great location, great staff, pretty decor, nice and comfortable room...Highly recommended!
A fab hotel, staff were lovely, both lunch and breakfast were excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
The room was great, but a little small.
Very friendly staff, comfortable room and pretty quiet given its location
The level lounge was great a good Measure of Gin in the Tonic! Breakfast fantastic.great choice Always a lift available Good service. Staff where nice always a smile.
Room was a little noise, with road traffic Poor food in Spanish Restaurant we may have just gone on a bad day,but we did not end up paying for it,
As it always happens with Meliá hotels, the breakfast was superb.
Our room was a bit dark, but that's just because it was in a corner. Other rooms are probably fine
