Close to tube station. Although we did not use any of the facilities except the room, they all looked good.
The beds were too hard so not a very restful night.
Loved the location. We had the Level access and it was excellent the tapas were delicious and theall day pastries, tea, coffee etc was a bonus. The rooms were spacious and comfortable
Noise from street
Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. Food well presented and delicious, especially in Albufera restaurant
Breakfast rather chaotic when Albufera not opened to take overflow
The friendliness of the staff and
Room 112 where we stayed smelled of cigarette smoke form the previous occupant. We would have asked for a switch but my wife needed the walk in shower and this is important to us
It les than a 15 min walk from oxford street The breakfast was amazaing The staff is realy helpfull
Comfortable room, good location, good air con and heating, nice staff, able to check in early
Room was a little dated and compact though clean and functional
My partner and i stayed here whilst visiting London for a concert. We loved the hotel straight away...the smell as you walk in is amazing! Rooms were very comfortable with all we needed. Lovely breakfast too with omelettes cooked to order in the dining room.
The only thing we complained about was the used razor in the shaving kit! A minor thing that was rectified straight away
The bathroom is a bit small
The interior was beautiful and made the hotel look very luxurious, but the staff were amazing. From reception to cleaners every member of staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.
There was nothing I would say that was negative. The lifts where a little strange. But other than that I could not fault this hotel.
I really liked the location of the hotel.
The walls were not soundproof so I really had a tough time trying to sleep. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.. Also the fridge was locked for some reason so I couldn't use it. One thing that I must mention about their restaurant is that I had lunch there on my second day and I got a food virus.. So definitely do not eat there.
The night that we stayed didn't have the hot water for showing shower and bath room.
Admin Very slow check in
Next to Regents park and although a bit out of the way for central London, hotel is near Great Portland Street tube and being right by Regents Park was a bonus. friendly staff.
Space room good location everything is satisfied
Location is great, close to underground but also regents park. Food not bad quality, good selection for breakfast.
Wifi connection in the room quite bad. Impossible to download bigger attachments:-(
Very friendly staff. Great location. Our room was very quiet in spite of being in Central London. Good service. Would stay at this Hotel again without hesitation
Nothing in particular besides the size of the bathrooms, which did not come a a surprise as it was noted by many of the previous clients.
I have a 5 month baby and staff, where accommodating towards him. Thank you very much to the staff at melia white hotel.
Staff where very helpful Nice layout of reception. Lots of staff. Good Food Service was excelient Air con was working nice in the second room
First room was a bit small and crowded First night stay Aircon was abit noisey
Location. Breakfast General feel of the hotel
Very noisy air-conditioning, Cramped, gloomy bathroom Poor shower Poor sound proofing between rooms
The staff were friendly and efficient and were proud of the Melia name. The location was excellent, close to Euston station, the underground and Regents Park.
Whilst the Level exec room had a huge bed in it the room itself was not as big as I expected.
hotel taken money twice
Met up with family from around the world in London. We all seperately secured the Melia White House at a great price. With the tube only a stroll down the road the hotel was everything we needed and more, for the cheap price of the room we did not expect the excellent service and overall quality of the stay to be so good. You get the feeling it's a nice place as soon as you walk in and upon checking out your not disappointed. Will stay there again that's for sure!
