Didn't want to solve booking issue. Never replied on it. went 7 times to reception and every time the comment was, can you please come back tomorrow.
Breakfast was really good. Lots to offer & fresh.
breakfast can get busy at times so it does feel a little small and the tables are close to each other.
Decor, friendliness of staff, price
Excellent service with friendly staff and we were given a complimentary upgrade at check in which we weren't expecting
Bar area was very relaxing
At breakfast asked for a latte twice and got a mug of cold milk
Brilliant location very close to Beautiful Regent's Park.
I was expecting three beds and got just two. But one was a kind size so we coped. Booking.com offered a three bed option, which I thought I'd ordered. The hotel said they had no rooms with three beds when I arrived.
woke up with insect bites...maybe insect in room?
The hotel design, general decor, breakfast, comfort, polite/helpful staff
Some elements in the bedroom were a bit 'tired'
The hotel in general was brilliant. It looked nice from the outside and didn't disappoint when you went in either.
The staff were all helpfull and polite at all times, bit expensive but for a special occasion its worth it,took my daughter for her 18th birthday and it's ideal for the shops in Oxford street as its only a 10 minute walk or 7 pound if you get a cab. The hotel is very clean and would stay there again if the price was bit cheaper.
An almost perfect location with a lot of sights on walking distance. Very nice hotel with friendly staff and very comfortable beds. A very good continental breakfast was also nice
Gym is perfect, hotel bar swanky
Forgot to include our breakfast and the restaurant had a power cut, but no one called us back to tell us we had no booking!
Good location. Staff were great with kids.
Great friendly staff, excellent breakfast range and superb rooms.
The rooms were incredibly clean with great washing facilities.
Breakfast was fab! One of the best spreads I've seen in a London hotel
Waiting at reception. Staff answered phones before dealing with guests stood in front of them.
The dinner was lovely. Well prepared steak.
Driving round in circle, looking for a place to park. And paying £38.00 at the end
I loved the breakfast and the reception area,
Only downside was that even with the windows open the room was rather hot, the room itself was quite small, and I doubt you could even fit a small child in the bath as it is tiny
The beautiful entrance/reception area
Not a bad experience, just disappointing. Especially as we pushed the Boat out a bit (cost wise) because it was for Valentines. Our request to reception for extra Tea and Milk, did not result in these items being sent to our Room.
Really nice room and Very comfy bed. Location is perfect for the price. Would definidefinitely in this hotel again.
Staff were patronising when speaking to us.
The size of the room & bathroom was way to small,
All staff very polite. Room was comfortable and stylish. Free upgrade given. Quiet. Warm.
Breakfast was cold. This was really the only thing that let it down.
Like the amenities in the room and accessibility of getting around London.
The bed was uncomfortable, I stayed with my partner and we booked a kingsize bed. The bed was actually to double mattress' pushed together and therefore was uncomfortable as there was a constant gap in the middle.
