Le camere standart sono decisamenet piccole, il bagno è contenuto da camper. Il lavabo è veramente piccolo.

Bellissimo soggiorno in questo Hotel. Lo staff del Ricevimanto e della portineria gentilissimo, professionale e molto disponibile. Le camere sono curate in ogni dettaglio. Tornerei volentieri.

Il reparto dei piani si è dimostrato un pò distratto per quanto riguarda la nostra camera. Ogni tanto mancava un asciugamano oppure un tappetino.

Sicuramente la posizione vicino la metro è un elemento di indubbio vantaggio.

Il tentativo da parte della struttura di promuovere una sistemazione di livello superiore anche se per soli 30 €. Con un piccolo sforzo farei in modo, almeno per i week end che la colazione sia inclusa nel prezzo complessivo. Le stanze non sono eccessivamente grandi.

Non esisteva nessuna documentazione di carattere turistico un po' approfondita su eventuali manifestazioni, spettacoli, luoghi d' interesse e la Tv o servizi media sono esclusivamente a pagamento (25 sterline)

When we eventually succeeded in getting a room that was big enough to hold 2 people plus our luggage. It was nice to finally be able to unpack and relax after the trying experience with the receptionist that would not let us have the required upgrade.

We arrived at 13:40 to be told our room would be ready at 15:00. We walked around and came back to get the room# for the Classic Double we had booked. We discovered it was so tiny we could not even fit our luggage in there. The receptionist we called told us we could upgrade to a superior room for an extra charge of £30 (ad advertised). But when we came down another staffmember told us there was no Superior Room available and there was nothing she could do for us. We did not accept this and said we were not interested in keeping the room because it was not suitable for us due to the serious lack of space. We waited for another 30 minutes to speak to her supervisor. Finally at 16:00 they came up with a solution and allowed us to upgrade.

A beautiful hotel, high quality place to stay and the price wasn't that bad. If you are ok with spending 1xx pounds per night I can almost guarantee you won't find a better hotel in Camden or Islington for that price.

The rooms are a bit small but that's expected everywhere in London. I also think that their policy on room booking is a bit ridiculous. Price when I phoned them was 70 pounds higher than booking.com. Didn't have breakfast so I can't commend on that but a friend of mine who did said it wasn't at all satisfactory.

great stay , we upgraded for £45 a night , nice room and use of the level , comp breakfast etc after paying £108 per night so good value

things where done to a high standard.

good food in the bar area.General public areas looked very well .Good facilities are available.

room exceptionally small and dark old net curtains and very low level of comfort.My room felt clostrophobic and old .The general standard of furniture in the room was poor.I felt a bit betrayed when i saw my room based on the higher standards throughout the hotel.It is important to have a nice room to relax in .

We booked a double room but were given a twin, we went back to reception to report this mistake and were immediately upgraded, Staff apologised and were very helpful and friendly.

Smart and comfortable

We requested a twin bedded room, but did noit receive one - they provided a single king size bed instead.
