Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 3 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών χρεώνονται GBP 10,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Προκαταβολή
100% του ποσού που αντιστοιχεί στην πρώτη διανυκτέρευση θα χρεωθεί την ημέρα κράτησης και δεν επιστρέφεται.

We booked a family room which was adequate for our purpose. It was clean, however if you looked more closely at certain areas it would appear a good dusting was required. The breakfast was adequate and overall I would say the hotel was very good value for money. |

It was a very nice hotel, not luxurious but very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. It was also close to Victoria stations making transport easy. |

Very convenient location for Victoria and theatre we were going to nearby. Arriving on a Saturday we were able to park right outside the door of the hotel free! Water either scaldingly hot or freezing cold so hard to have a shower. Breakfast very basic - literally no choice. If you don't want cooked breakfast then it's cornflakes or nothing (with tepid milk). |

Excellent location 5-10min walk to Victoria St, very safe at night to walk back to. We got to access our room almost straight away at12md when we arrived. Reception staff informed us about the number 24 bus, found at the foot of the road, which was a very regular service and took us to all of the tourist attractions. We booked a twin room and got a single and a double bed. Flat screen t.v and we were one storey up and had access to outside balcony. The radiator in the room switched itself off overnight, there was no kettle in the room, the vending machine at reception closed at 10pm. |

Room was very and extremely hot. Unable to keep the window open and the fan was too noisey. There was no tea & coffee making facilities small rooms with no tea & coffee making facilities |

reasonable choice of restaurants nearby no lift, narrow stairs, dirty towels, minimal breakfast, bed was hard (due to sheet of plywood between mattress and base, hotel claims to have car parking facilities on the cards at reception, but when I asked where I could park I was told "you might be able to find somewhere near Victoria station" |

This hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful they even held our luggage after checking out time which helped us enormously. All in all a very pleasant stay!!!!!!!! |

bed was the most uncomfortable i have ever slept in, room was filthy and shower was awful. breakfast was horrible. all in all it was the worst hotel i have stayed in! |

It was comfortable and pleasent. room was well equiped eg. T.V, hairdryer and even a fridge ! Great location for victoria station, seeing the sights. I wouldn't say the 'full english breakfast' was up to much. Also one of the staff serving breakfast was not very friendly, a smile or a friendly hello would of been nice ! |

The only thing I liked was where the hotel was situated - convenient, central and within spitting distance of the tube and bus stop There was no lift, we had to drag our case up four flights of stairs, the family room was way too small and they had no other available when I asked, eating area was way too cramped |

It was a good location and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was tiny & was at attic level of house accessed by narrow staircase. Dining room tiny and had to wait for 25 mins for table to have breakfast. 1 rasher, 1 sausage, 1 egg & 1 tomato. Toast & 1 cup tea (no pot!) 5% added to bill as paid by credit card. Didn't realise at time of booking. |

The location was good with some nice bars and Restaraunts nearby also easy access to both Victoria and Pimlico Stations. Tiny room, noisy, dirty no facilities, poor breakfast apart from that excellent. |

La rapided del servicio y la simpatia de los empleados. Una excelente ubicación. Decoración de las habitaciones muy buena. Hacia mucho frio en la habitación. Todos los días me he despertado a las 5 o 6 o 7 de la mañana con mucho frio imposiblilitandome conciliar el sueño. No tiene ascensor. El saloncito de desayuno es muy pequeño |

limpieza de las habitaciones correcta y cambio de toallas diario. Estuvimos 3 noches y solamente tuvimos agua caliente el primer día. Nos dijeron que tenían problemas con el termo, pidieron disculpas pero no lo solucionaron. Eramos cinco y no pudimos sentarnos juntos para desayunar. |

La situacion, cerca de todo, relativamente, ya que se trata de Londres. No tiene ascensor, escaleras estrechas y es muy caro. El desayuno no merece la pena. En españa seria una pension normalita del todo de 40€ en Madrid. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Die Rezeption war freundlich. Die Zimmer sauber, aber sehr klein. das kontinentale Frühstück war kaum zu genießen. Das Öl war alt und so schmeckte auch das Frühstück. Es gab kein Buffet und selbst den Kaffee / Tee bekam man vom Kellner. Das ist eine zu deutliche Rationierung am Gast. |

Hôtel bien situé, non loin du métro, pour se déplacer idéal, avantage du week end le véhicule est resté devant l'hôtel sans frais, mais départ lundi avant 9hoo.Personnel agréable. L'inconvenient la salle de déjeuner est petite, donc risque d'attente le matin , le dejeuner est correct mais pas de buffet pour le café et le jus d'orange dommage.Le prix de la chambre familiale reste néanmoins élevée pour pouvoir y sejourner plus longtemps |
