The breakfast was quick and satisfying. The bathroom in my room was also quite modern and clean. |

It was comfortable and pleasent. room was well equiped eg. T.V, hairdryer and even a fridge ! Great location for victoria station, seeing the sights. I wouldn't say the 'full english breakfast' was up to much. Also one of the staff serving breakfast was not very friendly, a smile or a friendly hello would of been nice ! |

The only thing I liked was where the hotel was situated - convenient, central and within spitting distance of the tube and bus stop There was no lift, we had to drag our case up four flights of stairs, the family room was way too small and they had no other available when I asked, eating area was way too cramped |

It was a good location and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was tiny & was at attic level of house accessed by narrow staircase. Dining room tiny and had to wait for 25 mins for table to have breakfast. 1 rasher, 1 sausage, 1 egg & 1 tomato. Toast & 1 cup tea (no pot!) 5% added to bill as paid by credit card. Didn't realise at time of booking. |

The location was good with some nice bars and Restaraunts nearby also easy access to both Victoria and Pimlico Stations. Tiny room, noisy, dirty no facilities, poor breakfast apart from that excellent. |

Recently refurbished hotel. Clean, reasonably sized room (for London), in room safe,comfortable bed, plentiful supply of hot water, reasonable storage facilities,quiet hotel, cooked breakfast, attentive staff who do not have english as their first language, near 24 bus route and Victoria station. No lift. Steep stairs .Fortunately we did not have a heavy case .Door to very small shower room opened inwards. It should open outwards. |

La vicinanza al centro della città e ai mezzi pubblici, l'ubicazione in una via con poco traffico, l'arredamento abbastanza nuovo, la disponibilità in camera di frigo tv con canale italiano e ventilatore, la pulizia più che sufficiente con cambio asciugamani quotidiano. La camera un pò piccola (ma comunque ben organizzata) e con moquette |

la tv ben posizionata rispetto al letto non ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola ( una settimana)- non c'era sapone , ne' bagnoschiuma - la leva di scarico del water funzionava dopo una decina di tentativi - molto caldo in stanza(presente un ventilatore) - 12 £ per un taxi fino alla stazione Vittoria ( 600 metri) , chiamato dall'hotel (non aveva il "faretto" taxi) - al di fuori della colazione all'inglese altre opzioni scadenti- |

la cortesia del personale soprattutto del titolare . La colazione all'inglese ottima perchè fatta all'istante e, in caso di bis, non fanno nessun problema. veramente gentili e buoni consiglieri. |

Miła obsługa w recepcji i szczególnie w restauracji, smaczne śniadanie Hotel jest znacznie dalej od stacji Victoria niż napisano w opisie; brak windy - konieczność wchodzenia na 4 p. wąskimi i stromymi schodami; pokój dla 2 osób bardzo bardzo mały i ciasny - właściwie nie ma gdzie rozłozyć swoich rzeczy; brak klimatyzacji - latem jest w pokoju nie do zniesienia, brak widoku i powietrza - okno na wewnętrzny dziedziniec; wysoka cena w stosunku do całokształtu - nie... |

Hotel je umístěn ve výborné, prakticky pěší, vzdálenosti nejvýznamějších památek v Londýně a v těsné blízkosti autobusové zastávky a dopravního uzlu s pravidelnými spoji mimo Londýn.Jídelna má stísněnější prostor, ale vzhledem k ceně ubytování lze tuto skutečnost opominout. Personál ochotný poradit. |

Situé à environ 10 mns de marche de Victoria Station ou arrêt de bus à 20 m qui amène jusqu'à Victoria Station (très pratique). Chambre bien isolée des autres chambres, nous avions une chambre triple assez spacieuse pour trois. Petit déjeûner anglais moyen (toast juste grillé, jus d'orange sûrement en boîte, thé bof). Obligé de faire la queue le matin pour déjêuner car salle très petite. |

Très bien déservi par le bus (axe nord sud) et très proche de Victoria station (métro), cet hotel très au calme offre un bon rapport qualité prix avec une salle de bain /sanitaires sans aucun problème, un bon confort de chambre avec un mini frigo pour y mettre des boissons à rafraichir. Bien chauffé. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel aimable. Cinquième étage sans ascenseur. |
