The staff were friendly and did all they could to make a bad situation better Terribly overpriced; not enough space to feed all guests at breakfast at the same time; no room in shower to stand up (hand held shower in bath) without banging your head; masking tape (and not even neatly stuck) around door to block out drafts; general sense that owners are trying to pack as many in as possible to what could otherwise be a nice town house experience. Breakfast ingredients very basic also, not at all worth the price.

To start with, my room was in a basement next to the rooms where they kept cleaning stuff and the kitchen. The moment I went to my room I could smell the toilet, disgusting. How can you let someone check in into a room where you can smell shit! In the morning I heard all the noises from the dining area which is btw a part of a reception. Not only I could hear ppl at 7 am eating but also I could smell the food from the kitchen! When I came back from a morning run I had to pass staff sitting on the stairs next to my room eating their breakfast?! Ow and even thought I left the towels on the floor they folded them and hang back on the hanger. Did I mention they charged me 15 Pounds for paying with a card, without even telling me that?! Seriously I am really disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it. For the money I paid I could stay in a better hotel in zone 2 (which I did last time in London). Even hostel's conditions are better! I was so shocked I stormed out of the hotel not checked out.

Location and the staff were very friendly and efficient related to all requests. Rooms are small. Every service is extra charge, including wi-fi access which is now being made available in even much less developed destinations. Service at breakfast is very friendly. However, it was visible that staff almost had instructions to serve only what guests exactly asked for - for example, after getting orange juice and coffee for 2 mornings on third morning the orange juice was not served until an explicate request was put in.

Location, comfortable bed and pillow I had booked using my visa debit card, but after such a long time I had forgotten which card I used, the receptionist said that it didnt matter which card I used, I used mastercard and was charged £25 extra, her answer was that I should have read the small print. It would have been manners to have informed me of the charge. She refused to cancel the transaction. I felt robbed on my first day.

I tried to charge my laptop when I arrived but none of the plugin worked. I went to the reception to ask. He checked on his computer and told me that we should check together in the bedroom. Then, it worked. I'm pretty sure they turned on the electricity when I asked ... ... Cutting costs. In the morning, cold water when I want to take a shower. I let the shower on for a while ... But still cold water. I turn off the water and I call the reception. They ask my room number and tell me that I should leave the water on 5 minutes ... ... Ok, let's try again. I go back to the shower and "magically" hot water straight away... I go to pay and they charge me 5% because I'm not paying cash ... ... And they were not nice.

Non-expensive alternative in a quiet street near the city centre. The room was spacier than expected (based on earlier experiences with London hotels). The breakfast was ok, but not more than that. Some hundred meters to walk to the underground, and for most sights you will have to change train on Victoria or Green Park. On the other hand, the bus stop was just outside the hotel with direct connections to Victoria and Trafalgar Square.

Location was good, and our room was a good size for three people. Although our room was a good size the bathroom did not have a proper shower due to the sloping ceiling.

The location was good. Bus stop just around the corner with easy access to the Westminster area. A short walk to the Pimlico tube station. Easy to get around the city from here, even with kids. The rooms, we had a 3 person and a 4 person room, were clean and comfortable, if not a little small. There is no lift, so if you are on the 4th or 5th floor, you will be hauling all of your gear up and down 4 or 6 flights of narrow stairs. Although the 4th floor roon was comfortable, we could hear every step the occupants of the room above us made, as well as every use of water as the drain pipes were very noisy. the 5% credit card surcharge is very guest unfriendly.

Location in London. 52,5£ (dkk 500,-)card fee for a week stay is not a fee but burglary. Low service level. We informed about a defect hair dryer the day we came and it was not fixed when we left after a week. It rained into the room and the “dripping sound” on the floor was annoying in the night. Room was very different from pictures on the net. Do they use pictures from another hotel? We have never seen a smaller room for 4 persons. Breakfast room was very small without room for all and we had to wait for a table. Breakfast was nice but also here very small portions and to limited variety. The staff at the morning desk could need training in service friendliness. She looked annoyed if you asked for another cup of coffee. We cannot recommend this hotel.

Very clean and central to all we needed. The only thing I would say was that you couldn`t make a hot drink in the room and the receiption was closed after 10 to get one from the machine , but drinks were pretty poor from there.
