quietness, comfort, the indoor pool and jacuzzi the helpfulness of the staff.
The old-fashioned and awkward bathroom shower that went out before the ark. But we appreciate times are difficult.

Professional but friendly staff. Excellent food. Comfortable lounges Beds very, very comfortable. Plenty of parking.
Steps up into bathroom. T.V. reception in bedroom poor
The staff were friendly and the beds were very comfy
The bathroom was a little old and dirty. A dead spider was on the bathroom floor and even after the maids had been in to tidy up it was still there!
Very relaxing stay, staff were helpful and friendly.

very nice hotel very clean food very very good
tired decorations to room-dated but clean bathroom in this room was not good
The staff made our visit, always ready to answer a question or sort out a problem.
Outside jacuzzi especially as weather warm and sunny, also whirlpool bath in room - although difficult to get out of and could have been improved with handles. Good food and staff friendly and helpful.
We are a middle aged couple, not a young couple or a mature couple - this answer needs to be added to the first question.

Lovely staff specialy there was a guy work at the late hours reception and bar (neol)
This hotel is in a good location within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The outside area which includes a swimming pool and Jacuzzi is really nice. The facilities within the room were good and breakfast was really nice.
The only moan I have is that the reception area was not always staffed. When we came in from the swimming pool we had to wait 20 mins to obtain our door key as the receptionist was working behind the bar dealing with a hen party and was unable to cover both areas. My only concern is that anyone could have walked in taken a key and let themselves into a room. Obviously not enough staff. However the staff who did work there were very nice, friendly and helpful.
Location very handy and just a 5 minute walk from seafront, swimming pools nice to have as option
Staff were snobby and not very helpful at all, friendly on arrival and check in but then soon forgot about us after that, long waits for drinks at bar as 99% of the time unattended, restaurant closed very early, and when I asked for a room change, staff didn't go out of their way to ensure we were happy, just said if we wanted to change room, we had to pay upgrade fee. Rooms supposed to be cleaned between 8am-11am but for our 3 night stay rooms weren't cleaned until around 1pm-2:30pm. Real shame as this put a damper on our trip.
Very small bathroom. Being on the ground floor. A superior room that wasn't!!!
Even though there was some confusion the staff were very lovely and courteous , trying very hard to sort things out without causing any upset to us , not only that but the hotel was comfortable
That we had to leave
the staff breakfast
not suitable for elderly people no lifts not disable friendly furniture and décor was dated Booking.com did not state the hotel was not suitable for elderly or people with disabilities
Liked the spa facilities. Was lovely wandering around in a white robe!
Hotel needs a reburbishment as it looks a bit tired.
A lovely outside swimming pool we enjoyed every day of are stay , plus bar and good food made for lovely time .
Because the rooms have fin walls it can be hard to get to sleep with people coming in later in the night .
Outdoor pool and spa
Room needed updating and redecorating
Lovely relaxing place and the staff are wonderful - very friendly and helpful
Only complaint is there is no air conditioning so the rooms were a little too warm
Outdoor and indoor pools and Jacuzzis, Breakfast, very comfy clean room and bathroom. Staff were friendly.
