The location is great for exploring central London and easy to reach by tube. The single room is quite small, especially the shower. I noticed there were some dire rooms in the basement, so I was glad not to get one of those. |

The room was quiet as requested, a basement room in fact, but it served its purposes. No brown toast for breakfast. |

It was very close to the Eurostar station in London and close to Soho. The windows and walls were thin so I heard noises from the street and other guests coming and going throughout the night. Would have been nice to have had an iron in the room also. |

The location of this hotel is great! Easy access to trains, the underground, busses and shopping. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast offered was satisfying. Although the room was much smaller than what I am used to (my first visit to London and Europe), it was clean and comfortable enough for this solo traveler. The wireless internet worked well. The size of the single room is small. Very little room to move around which made it challenging on a few levels (i.e. packing). But the room was adequate (and affordable) for the traveler who does not intend to spend much time in their room. They are refinishing the hotel right now (painting). I suspect they will be replacing the carpets in the hallways and on the stairs. I encourage them to. |

The room and shower room were clean, and the location of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel can sometimes be noisy at night as noise travels within the building. The wi-fi did not work at times. |

The staff serving breakfast was very diligent and the breakfast very good We were given a room at the very top floor in the attic which would only accomodate bearly one person, we were two. The climb to the roon was steep and difficult, Good that we did not have much luggage or were physically challenged. The closet was converted into a bathroom, literally. What we paid and what we got was very disapponting, in fact we were ripped off. |

Above all, I liked the friendly reception staff - for example the bloke on arrival who carried my heavy case up three flights of stairs without a moment's hesitation. Free wifi, worked most of the time. The location, in leafy Bloomsbury. It's a bit down at heel. You get your own bathroom but the shower was a bit of a dribble and you can't use it without flooding half of the bathroom. They were in the process of renovating, but as things stand, it was quite simply overpriced. There are better, cheaper hotels in the area. |

Location is central, hotel is quiet . Rooms comfortable and staight forward. Queuing for breakfast, 10 - 15 minutes, may need more dining space. |

The reception staff were not very welcoming but the staff at breakfast were much better. The cooked breakfast was a bit limited and the dining room needs to be bigger!. The decore in the rooms was a bit spartan, no pictures. We both slept well and it was quiet. The bathroom was new with a good bath and shower. The hotel offered good value for money in a pleasant area of london.. |

Clean and very conveniently located. It was undergoing renovation so I expect that worn carpets and paint will be refreshed. |

We found the staff very friendly, room was satisfactory, it was lovely having a cooked breakfast and hotel was in a good area within walking distance from Kingscross and tube stations. Would have liked better pillows! |
