The surroundings and building were excellent and the room was spacius and comfortable The staff service was only average, i expected beter. There was a big wedding on during the day and night and we were not informed of this when making the booking. It took away some of the ability to relax in comfort |

Open log fires,garden walks & views over the countryside,'manor house' feeling. The hotel obviously caters in the main for 'conferences' and groups so we were surrounded by sales personnel,mobile phones & laptops for two days! |

Good size room, excellent Spa facilities, very good breakfast, beautiful location, flexible staff allowing later check out. Very noisy radiator, Wi-Fi should really be free considering hotel rates, no fridge in the room. |

Excellent Spa and grounds We booked an Executive room - having always stayed in this standard I felt the hotel fell well short of the description for an executive room - certainly the web site picture of such a standard was no reflection on what was delivered. Breakfast was poor and judging by the sickness we picked up within a matter of 5 - 6 hours probably kept for too long in the heated trays. We were disappointed. |

We had value for money, comfortable room, good meals, beautiful surroundings and close to Stratford and the Cotswolds There wasn't any heating on on a cold night although it came on the following night. |

the room i as given was right next to the bins so was very loud as the empty botle were thrown in the bin late and night and early morning, and also when the bin men were emptying the bins. very disappointing and a big let down as the hotel was so nice other than that. |

We found the decor in our room awful for the money we were spending a night, wallpaper was pealing off the paint in the bathroom was coming away on the ceiling, it was like a b&b by the coast. We were charged wrongly for the champagne we ordered as they opened the wrong bottle, then we felt belittled and humiliated when we approached the staff. Breakfast was awful and un eatable, we would not recommend this hotel and definetly will not be coming back, we checked out a day early |

Great building and excellent grounds. Weather helped but inside communal areas also very good. Our room was in the newer part of the hotel and although the room had charm it was very dated. The quality of the bathroom was very poor for this standard of hotel (melamine and chipboard). |
