Space in penthouse
Staff member who greeted us and the location
Location was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to get things done.
Paying for parking.. this should be included with the apartment .. some of the furniture was in need of a bit of TLC,,
Location. Easy walk town and restaurants and shops Great value for money
The appartment is exactly as you see it on internet. Very comfortable and cosy. Not so far from shops.Very quiet area.
I didn`t like that when we arrived there was no one there. We couldn`t even enter. we didn`t even have the appartment number. We had to stay out in the cold to try and contact the company. We also asked for a tv remote twice and never got one. And we had towel change once, in 12 days
Lovely staff and a nice pleasant place to stay no complaints clean and tidy really enjoyed staying here..
The beds were comfortable. Everything was available other than food we didn't need to buy anything else. The bathroom was clean and easy to work out.
The pillows on the bed were too flat and uncomfortable.
Got upgraded to penthouse , it was fantastic ,
Very modern, clean and comfortable with great views.
Only 1 thing, could have done with a couple more towels but as we only stayed one night it was fine.
Thought it was very tired looking for the amount of money
Clean handy well equipped
Balcony door let draft in and didn't lock
Big living room and kitchenette. Spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Comfortable single bedroom with large bathroom/toilet across the hall. View over the Princes Dock and the Mersey was wonderful - we were on the 10th floor Unbelievable value - £95 for the night for three of us.
Everything just brilliant.
Staff lovely, apartment spacious, well equipped and warm. Easy parking
Awful sewer smell and poor toilet flush. No curtains or rugs (office type blinds)
Very spacious and clean. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, modern and clean. Good view from balcony.
There were only two cups in the kitchen for coffee.
Location was very good Staff were very helpful Facilities within the apartment were very good (excluding shower head in the en suite bathroom) Over all very happy with stay.
Shower head in en suite bathroom needs to be replaced.
room size Location Facilities
Bed linen too small
Location is fantastic. Park your car and not need it for the rest of your visit.Views from the apartment were great.
Staff took 20 mins to come to us after several phone calls to 2 different numbers. (1 listed on booking.com, 1 on the actual door of the building) staff asked me to sign a form with their terms and conditions on. These were in very small text and you do not get a copy. I was asked to pay the rest of the amount owed by cash or credit card there and then. I chose credit card as they already had my details. I asked the staff member to confirm the amount owed. their amount did not add up to the booking.com invoice and I later realised that this was because they added on 20.00 for a balcony which i hadn't asked for and a 3 percent charge which i later realised must of been for using the credit card. I haven't stayed in an apartment before but I have stayed in many hotels. I think the staff need to be much clearer and actually give you a statement/invoice on arrival so everyone is on the same page.
The views are excellent and the flat is comfortably furnished.
Although the kitchen is well equipped in terms of appliances, there weren't enough pans or crockery to be able to self cater, which, moor us, was the point of booking an apartment.
Stayed with work friends for our Xmas night out wat a lovely place Close to everything
The one bedroom apartment we had was a very good size. It was clean'ish. Nice big private balcony with lovely views. We were met by a very pleasant young lady who showed us to our apartment, we had a small issue to no towels in the apartment, but by the time we got back later in the day, housekeeping and been and left some. Lovely big comfy leather sofa. It was very quiet, not much sound from corridor or other apartments. Security at night is very good, with 2 concierge at the property. It is in a nice quiet location, with only 10 minute walk to either Albert Dock's or Town Centre for shopping.
The apartment is tired, and very well worn in. Things like kettle and toaster although were still working, had seen their day and needed replacing, there was that much scale in the kettle I boiled water in a pan for a cuppa! Neither of the bedside lamps worked, and one of the lights under the kitchen units was out. There is a safe, but not much use as it didn't work and it wasn't fastened down to anything. Although the bedroom was very big, no dressing table to sit and get ready at. You'll need a long lead for your hairdryer if you need to look in the mirror at the same time, oh and you'll have to stand up! The bed was awful, lumpy, and dipped in the middle, I don't think the mattress has ever been replaced, and there were only 2 very flat pillows provided. Main TV in lounge area was a bit temperamental, and the TV in the bedroom was useless, no signal as there was no aerial lead for it. I have to agree with others that if L3 are going to market their apartments as 'Luxury', they need to maintain the apartment to keep it to 'Luxury' standard.
Staff we came into contact with were lovely...apartment was spacious and good value for money and thr view from the bslcony was great
The utility room was dirty there were still dirty towels in the washing machine no wifi despite there being a router ....
Lovely two bed apartment near docks and short walk from City Centre shopping. Everything supplied in apartment that was needed for our stay.
