Everything. We had fantastic views and the apartment was superb.
Living room floor was dirty including crumbs under the glass table. One of the twin beds the sheets had stains along with hairs present which meant my son slept on the couch in the living room

Our (appartment 32 9th floor) could do with redecorating and our room was a bit shabby but not really bad. Biggest problem if you have children, the door to the balcony had no key to lock it and all are 9th floor and above a bit dangerous.
apartment 35, the views were fantastic. Everything needed was on site inc Wi-Fi. Required assistance from maintenance re shower - quick response.

Loved these apartments. They are ideally located for the city centre which is what we wanted. The apartments were spotlessly clean and perfect for hosting a group for my friend's hen party. Would definitely stay again!
I liked the apartment and the location
The fact there was no windows that you could open in the bedrooms. As we were there when the weather was very warm and temperature was high the rooms were like saunas. Because of this it was impossible to sleep at night. Also there was only two cups and there was three people in the apartment so one person had to drink tea out of a glass.

The size of the apartment was fantastic and the layout was perfect. The black out blinds in the bedroom were amazing and the balcony I thought was terrific.
Scruffy staff, weren't prepared for my arrival, broken flush on toilet, no signal at all for television in bedroom, neither television remotes had a battery cover on the back, no key provided for the back door so it is permanently unlocked onto balcony. Staff asked if they could remove the divide on my balcony to open up the balcony in preparation with someone arriving the next day and wanted both apartments to be accessible. I found this incredibly rude that preparations for the next person should interrupt my stay, and pointed out that the balcony door does not lock - so removing the divide means the neighbour can just walk in! Painting on the walls is messy and marks in the hallway leading up to the apartment are apparent. Hardly any cutlery is provided and the ironing board was also broken underneath so it was incredibly hard to get it to stand up properly. For the amount I paid. I expected luxury as that is what I wanted for my week of working in Liverpool. Very disappointed. Oh and also the bed sheets didn't seem to fit so as soon as you get into bed they all move and reveal the mattress underneath in the corners.

The view and the convenience to all the city attractions. The freedom to please ourselves and car parking for a small fee.
No air conditioning. Toilet kept back flowing in room 26. Had to ask for clean towels on second day as no maid service. Had to ask for table and chairs on balcony and balcony floor was filthy and needed a good clean!! Provided the furniture but not the cleaning.!! A coat of paint on balcony would not go amiss.

Apartment is nice and modern but looking a little tired.
We got upgraded to a penthouse suite which was great as it was a special occasion. Great views over river and into town even though we weren't actually riverside as requested, more on the side of the building
Initially we were impressed with the penthouse but on closer inspection would have to say it needed some attention - bit of a re-fresh and a good clean
