As a business traveller who spends a lot of time in hotels, the apartment was a welcome change. It was especially convenient when the stay was for 3 nights. The photos really do it justice and are realistic. It's clean, spacious, well kitted out. It is in a brilliant location with amazing views. There are really nice touches around the apartment like tea, coffee and sugar, dishwasher tablets, tea towel, ice in the freezer....all this means you don't need to worry about that. Stayed with a colleague meaning the price was just no comparison to a hotel. So, loved it, ready to go back!
Better pillows needed. Sachet's of condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup etc) would really put the cherry on the top!
reasonable level of comfort and the staff were very friendly.
Overall, it's clear it's trying to be run on a budget. The worktop had a large crack running through it, there were no oven trays at all. The free wifi wasn't fast enough to stream movies (it's a stone's throw from the Liver buildings!). Used linen was piled in the hallways all weekend. Only 1 of the 4 lifts operated. There's a privacy issue as there was no blind on the balcony door so everyone in the Radisson could look straight in to the lounge.
Easy laid back check in friendly staff
Pillows on bed could of been a lot better was like using a sock 4 a pillow
Fire alarm went off 3 times in the night! Very annoying.
Brilliant location, the facilities were perfect too, value for money
There was no front of house reception to meet and greet us upon arrival
the view and the space was amazing
there doesnt seem to be any maintenance of things that aren't working or have broken. A real shame for a property, which would probably sell for over a million. We met a few disgruntled people staying in the smaller flats. But we would stay here again and had a great time.
Nice views and clean, at the end of the day its an apartment, and it does what it is meant to
We booked a 2 bed apartment for 3 nights the choices were: 2 double bed apartments @ £262.50 or a single bed and double bed apartment@ £177.00. we chose the two double beds @ £262.50. what we got was the double and single bed apartment and was charged £ 271.15. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!
The location was okay. You feel you are in the city centre as well as being away from the hustle and bustle. Comfortable bed. Parking very close for an extra £15. Option to pay extra for a late check out.
I didn't feel that the photos advertised reflected the reality of the apartment. The apartment had a funny smell also. I paid around £250 for one night which was extortionate given the apartment. Not very good value for money at all. I would stay again if it was much cheaper as I felt the basic facilities such as bathroom, kitchen etc were a fair standard. You would pay around the same for a hotel room in the malmaison which is situated just below the apartments. My advice would be to stay there as you have the location, luxury and more value for money.
Good location and all staff we met were very polite and friendly Apartments need curtains at windows as sunlight streams in before your brain is ready to come to life Other than that everything was adequate and well cleaned
When we got yo the apartment it had not been clean
Everything about this weelend away was brilliant!
Space in penthouse
Staff member who greeted us and the location
Location was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to get things done.
Paying for parking.. this should be included with the apartment .. some of the furniture was in need of a bit of TLC,,
Location. Easy walk town and restaurants and shops Great value for money
The appartment is exactly as you see it on internet. Very comfortable and cosy. Not so far from shops.Very quiet area.
I didn`t like that when we arrived there was no one there. We couldn`t even enter. we didn`t even have the appartment number. We had to stay out in the cold to try and contact the company. We also asked for a tv remote twice and never got one. And we had towel change once, in 12 days
Lovely staff and a nice pleasant place to stay no complaints clean and tidy really enjoyed staying here..
The beds were comfortable. Everything was available other than food we didn't need to buy anything else. The bathroom was clean and easy to work out.
The pillows on the bed were too flat and uncomfortable.
Got upgraded to penthouse , it was fantastic ,
Very modern, clean and comfortable with great views.
Only 1 thing, could have done with a couple more towels but as we only stayed one night it was fine.
Thought it was very tired looking for the amount of money
Clean handy well equipped
Balcony door let draft in and didn't lock
Big living room and kitchenette. Spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Comfortable single bedroom with large bathroom/toilet across the hall. View over the Princes Dock and the Mersey was wonderful - we were on the 10th floor Unbelievable value - £95 for the night for three of us.
Everything just brilliant.
Staff lovely, apartment spacious, well equipped and warm. Easy parking
Awful sewer smell and poor toilet flush. No curtains or rugs (office type blinds)
