Nothing except it's location.
The whole place. I had to go upstairs to have a shower and sharing toilet was the worst ever. Noisy noisy noisy and uncomfy bed.
staff v helpful and excellent location by Piccadilly gardens
entrance in back alley and steep steps up to reception
Very dirty bed was comfy but alley very noisy through out the night didn't get much sleep
Poor looking interior
The morning staff was very rude and not want to know when I told him the whole shower fell off the wall an hit my head.
Location was very good and breakfast was fine. Well priced
The room stank of old feet The building was falling apart The window was cracked and the ledge rotting No towels Ancient carpet an, peeling wallpaper and large damp patches.
Great location. Cheap and good value for money. They were also happy for me to leave bags there after departure time so I didn't have to worry about dealing with them before leaving the City.
No TV in room. Single glazing let the noise of the city in at night, so that might have been a problem if I had wanted to get to bed early. But you pay for what you get, and the pluses outweighed the negatives for me at the price.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was ok.
The carpets are sticky and dirty. There were no hangers and hooks in my room, and I was trying to keep my clothes off the dirty floor. The shower head was dirty. The bedroom window was cracked and taped together. My room was at the end of a corridor with the light switch at the other end next to the shared loo, surely a safety issue. While the location is central, the entrance is from an alley - when I arrived a man was urinating next to the bins.
Free breakfast & the location.
No draws or cupboards.
The entrance. Room door not secure. No wardrobe. Room not serviced. En suite badly laid out+door would not close. Windows could not be opened for ventilation due to poor maintainence. Awakened at 5am by refuse collection. Beds O.K but too afraid to check underneath.
The staff were very friendly, location was excellent right in city centre, very good value
So noisy at night hard to sleep
It was in a good position to go into town
It needs fully refirbishing very tatty
Very centrally located convenient for everything. Staff were friendly and helpful
The windows are not double glazed so you will hear any noise from the street outside
The Location was great. Close to buses & shops. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was good.
Should have chosen an en-suite. Didn't like the shared toilet. The entrance & hallways could do with attention. Two many stairs to climb.
The proximity to the city centre.
Too many steps to navigate with heavy luggage, no elevator. Not the best facilities.
Cheap for the location
No tv,no towel, one very flat pillow and only one tea bag
Great value for money and great location!
It was a bit hostel like room doors and windows weren't very secure in fact I thought the windows were going to collapse when opening and shutting them!
Hotel was so dirty. Found blood stains inside the duvet cover. Wasnt allowed near the kitchen and the 2 staff I seen was rude and unhelpful. Would rather sleep in the street than ever have to stay there. Booking . Com was also very unhelpful my advice ..stay well away
Staff very helpful
Noisy outside very early. Window was broken so not very soundproof. There was nowhere to put my clothes other than the floor; no chair, hook or anything.
Location is quite good and staff are very kind
It's too noisy that I was awake almost the whole night
Very good location, right in the centre of Manchester. Breakfast was very good. Price was very good Staff were helpful Some interesting shops nearby
We were 3 floors up and no lift. The windows were not double glazed, so noisy in the morning.
VERY VERY friendly staff! Always willing to help and available to answer any questions. Very simple accommodation but very cheap. Just what I needed!
A bit of a spruce up would be nice!
