The Location was great. Close to buses & shops. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was good.
Should have chosen an en-suite. Didn't like the shared toilet. The entrance & hallways could do with attention. Two many stairs to climb.
The proximity to the city centre.
Too many steps to navigate with heavy luggage, no elevator. Not the best facilities.
Cheap for the location
No tv,no towel, one very flat pillow and only one tea bag
Great value for money and great location!
It was a bit hostel like room doors and windows weren't very secure in fact I thought the windows were going to collapse when opening and shutting them!
Hotel was so dirty. Found blood stains inside the duvet cover. Wasnt allowed near the kitchen and the 2 staff I seen was rude and unhelpful. Would rather sleep in the street than ever have to stay there. Booking . Com was also very unhelpful my advice ..stay well away
Staff very helpful
Noisy outside very early. Window was broken so not very soundproof. There was nowhere to put my clothes other than the floor; no chair, hook or anything.
Location is quite good and staff are very kind
It's too noisy that I was awake almost the whole night
Very good location, right in the centre of Manchester. Breakfast was very good. Price was very good Staff were helpful Some interesting shops nearby
We were 3 floors up and no lift. The windows were not double glazed, so noisy in the morning.
VERY VERY friendly staff! Always willing to help and available to answer any questions. Very simple accommodation but very cheap. Just what I needed!
A bit of a spruce up would be nice!
Clean sheets Firm mattress Basin in room with hot water TV in room Self service breakfast
Noise from street in the morning
The price and location. Not too busy.
Sharing toilet and shower facilities.
Shared toilet,shower,was dirty,
the location is perfect and they let us leave our bags, as we were early for check in
had to ask for towels, hairdryer, only toiletry was a bar of soap, window wedged open with an pepsi can, smell of paint overwhelming, breakfast sparse ,dirty dining tables.
Location, friendly and helpful staff.
Pleasant staff, easy distance from station
Nowhere to hang clothes, lumpy mattress, noise from outside
location was great staff were friendly and helpful price was very good
lack of facilities in room eg: no where to hang cloths. T.V. did not work properly poor ventilation shower in poor condition
Cheap and cheerful Close to Picadilly (1 minutes walk) Breakfast room was quite nice. Free breakfast - cereal and do it yourself toast and jam. Coffee and tea. Sheets were clean.
Terrible for parking. There is all night parking on the street about half a mile away, but your car has to be moved by 9am! Most of the car parks are shut at night. So, park free on the street after 6pm, sleep at the hotel, move car at 9am to a car park for the day, or go out of the city sight-seeing! No ventialtion in the shower room. The window had to be propped open to let out steam from the shower.! Some street noise when window open. Sash window didn't work. It was held open by a coat hanger! Our double bed was up against the wall so I had to climb over my partner to get up! Creaking plumbing. Not easy to notice as it's down a pokey side street with bins outside. Internet cafe wasn't working. (Full of mattresses!)
Good location Okay breakfast Nice staff
Poor bed Had to force the door to open Toiletdoor could not close Nowhere to hang the towels Really poor waterpressure Very noisy outside in early mornings Shabby standard
room was dirty, curtains hanging of the walls, tea cup had not been washed, could not sleep for the noise
Shower in room wasn't at all powerful. Hotel rooms need some TLC.
The Staff were realy Friendly and helpfull, great location.
Was near to Back of Supermarket so noisy with delevierys and rubbish collection
Friendly staff. Got exactly what i paid for. Central and quiet. Would recommend and will properly stay again :)
Staff couldnt help enough, excellent service
Needed refurb, shower wasnt very clean
The staff was very bad!
Nothing, nothing at all.
This place is a health hazard! Left covered in bed big bites. Staff are probably the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Do not stay here regardless of how cheap it is! Don't make same mistake I made. Filthy place. Will be shut down soon, environmental health have been. I wouldn't wish my worst enemies to stay here.
