bus service every 15 mins, 24 hrs, from both terminals. Fast ckeck in. Courteous staff. Comfortable, well equipped rooms which is sound proofed. so no noise from the airport. |

My stay was a very brief layover in between flights but it served my purposes perfectly. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and very competent. I would definitely rebook this Hotel again. |

Excellent value for an overnight stop close to Gatwick Airport. The shuttle bus service was efficient and courteous. Trainee Receptionist could not have been more helpful. |

Was convenient to the airport and was so nice. That the courtesy bus from the airport was not complimentary. We consider courtesy as free but had to pay 6 pounds round trip and there were 6 of us. |

Great value hotel; only a short bus journey from the airport. Rooms are clean, friendly staff and fair prices. Rooms do need a refurbishment but very clean and comfortable. Food a tad expensive. |

Staff helpful - food good, drnks reasonably priced. The fact that they charged the sum of £10 for 13 hours parking !. This charge was not notified to me when booking and think it should be included by Booking.com. The charge is unwarranted as most hotels I have ever stayed in offer parking as a free service for the period of stay. Also the bath plug was broken and there was mould around the bath area. |

A nice quiet hotel, spacecious and relaxing, apart being to cold and no way to change it, regardless of the help of a member of staff who tryed to change it. However, my congratulation for exquisit, superb breakfast buffet, simply great and perfect.. As mention above a bit to cool |

ideally located for gatwick and provided excellent value for money.rooms are clean and breakfast is buffet with lots of choice. On first stay(12nov) I received bill for roomupgrade which I had not asked for.Problem was quickly rectified.Second stay(28nov) was apparently some sort of winter promotion and meant that,unknown to me,my credit card had already been charged.No real problem I suppose |

With a very late check-in and a very early check-out flying out to Nice at 5h30 I was very satisfied with the efficient service- reception-roomservice- airport shuttle-throughout. |

nice people at the reception desk, good beer in the bar downstairs I felt as if I traveled 25 years back in time, my room looked half like David Bowie half like Boy George and a bit like Fawlty Towers; funny smell - needs to be modernized |
