ease of access/parking, proximity to airport, breakfast Charging for overnight parking in addition to room costs. I felt this was an underhand way of appearing to provide an inexpensive package when it was really quite expensive (we had 2 cars so had to add £20 per night extra). |

Good quality hotel close to Gatwick offering a shuttle bus service for £3 per person to both airport terminals. We ordered room service which arrived within 30 minutes but the Angus burgers were not very good. On the whole we booked this last minute because of the recent snow fall and wanted to be close to the airport. We would definitely stay there again. The food wasn't very good. |

The bus service to the Gatwick terminals at a sensible price £3 single fare. The room was very comfortable with a good room rate. There was not a 'noise' policy at the hotel but the staff at 1.00am in the morning, efficiently had the noise shut down. |

I liked the fact that there was an ironing board and iron provided in the room. The bed was very comfortable as well.The restaurant prices were reasonale and the breakfast included in the booking was excellent. Best of all the check out time of 12:00hrs allowed us to recuperate from our long haul flight. I wish there had been a small fridge in the room to store water to drink in the middle of the night. |

bus service every 15 mins, 24 hrs, from both terminals. Fast ckeck in. Courteous staff. Comfortable, well equipped rooms which is sound proofed. so no noise from the airport. |

Was convenient to the airport and was so nice. That the courtesy bus from the airport was not complimentary. We consider courtesy as free but had to pay 6 pounds round trip and there were 6 of us. |
