Loved the red carpet and doorman, the decor. Friendly efficient staff, the bar and the breakfast was fabulous.
The price of a double gin and tonic!
The lay out the staff the bar area really nice atmosphere breakfast ! Lovely strong shower too !!! to be honest everything really, all the staff we came across very attentive it was a pleasure
The room was small but hey ho luck of the draw I suppose still nice and clean though
Good location although bit hard to find. Nice room with a very comfortable bed. Lovely bar area - one of the best.
Front desk staff - especially the men - were utterly useless and frankly fairly rude. Staff in general were below average, although those serving in the bar/lounge were very friendly at least. Restaurant downstairs not a pleasant experience. Definitely would not recommend the breakfast at all even at the pre-booking rate - one of the worst I have ever experienced both in terms of quality of the food and staffing service. Hideous coffee too - machine only and tasted horrible - not what I expect of a 4star hotel. While the bedroom was lovely, not great for getting a good night's sleep as constant noise levels in terms of water system or generator or something kept us awake all night. If this had been a 2 or 3 star hotel all of the above may have been expected to a certain extent I guess but certainly not for a 4 star. Overall very disappointing.
Hotel is within 15 minute taxi ride to O2 Arena. Great location for DLR. Comfortable accommodation. Excellent staff.
Peaceful location, great views, nice breakfast, helpful staff, clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again, thanks to all staff!
£12 per day for parking, but apparently we were lucky to get a space. Would be nice if tea and coffee were served at the table for breakfast instead of self service.
As a solo female visiting the O2, I was keen to find hotel within a short, safe walk from a DLR station.... I found it here! The Hotel is stylish, modern, comfortble and with friendly staff. Cannot fault it!
Friendly staff Comfortable room Wide choice of food in the bar
Hotel based In a mainly residential area so not much to do in the area directly surrounding the hotel
Location to transport links Hotel as it's own car park Location of hotel in Greewich
Friendliness & efficiency of staff. Excellent facilities / bedrooms / lounge. Quality of breakfast.
Staff were friendly and efficient. Great price for a room in London . Good location near DLR. Decor of hotel was excellent. Breakfasts were good.
Our room on the first floor was small and facing a brick wall!
The room, the bed, the food and friendly service in the restaurant (Kitti).
The wet room. After showering the whole bathroom floor is awash which makes walking to the basin and toilet impossible unless you wear wellies!
Helpful staff, good quality breakfast, comfortable bed etc.
room not refreshed one day but staff acted quickly to remedy situation
The view as I was on floor 8 looking towards the London Eye
Staff - especially reception, stood for 15 minutes while the girl chatted away to guests waiting for a taxi to arrive, no apology or even seemed to acknowledge the duration I had been standing there. No help with my bags. Asked for help regarding a taxi was not very helpful at all. But the Italian lady at the bar was lovely and the Russian lady on reception when I came back in the night was a lovely personality. My room was not ready, turned up at 4.30pm did not get my key until 6pm, which I was then late to the tennis. Then was not shown to my room or even around the hotel to explain where things are. Was just told to go to floor 8 and turn right, but you turn right there are a couple of options not just direct. Then my room was not totally clean, carpet needed vacuuming, shower room needed a mop and dirty spoons on top of the unused cups?? Also 2 pillows had stains on them and the mirror above the bed had a crack all the way through which looked like someone had just put glue over it to keep it together. Rubbish bags were in the hallways and lacked any energy considering how busy it was outside. This was my first time to London for a overnight stay so wanted to feel safe and asked for help but that wasn't provided so very let down. I wish I had saved my money and drove back home, spent £200 thinking I was going to be getting something special but very very unhappy.
The location was really good, away from the traffic noise. Really helpful staff, especially at breakfast. Ideal for events at O2 and easy to get to Central London. Really enjoyed our few days.
The see-through toilet door!
Comfortable rooms, friendly attentive staff and good value food.
A facecloth in the bathroom would have been nice.
Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Was impressed there was decaf coffee available in room. View from our room was amazing.
lack of space for carparking and check in took far too long! 15mins!
The warm and friendly staffs.
Location and views
Beds and lack of bedroom storage
Bright cheerfull room Modern facilities Excellent comfortable bed Bright innovative bathroom
Size of room Adequate for one night but not for a longer stay Room lighting
This hotel is full of unexpected character. Fantastic viewing deck! Loved the privilege room facilities like the coffee machine. Very pretty bar area with luxurious decor. Great location for o2 we were there to see Ed Sheeran they offer a free shuttle there!!
The only solitary thing i didn't like was not having a bathtub in the bathroom even in an upgraded room despite requesting it for health reasons at time of booking
The park is very close and amazing. The staff was very helpful. Thanks!
Perfect location for driving up into London and leaving car ,To then visit the rest of London via other methods of transport.
no bath in room, after wandering the streets of London a bath is always good to soak ones weary feet.
Staff very eager to please
Just difficult to drive to
Bed was comfortable Located close to transport links
Staff on the front desk were slow and unhelpful We were asked twice if we wanted breakfast by the same person, twice we said no, however it ended up on the bill Party at the end of of corridor Our corridor was closed off with a rope Tables and chairs in the corridor outside our room Room was boiling hot and small After opening the window (lower ground level) all we could smell was tarmac Not good value for money (£162) on a Tuesday night
