The good way I was treated and the qaulity of the rooms for the money the staff were friendly and very helpful would not hesitate to recomend for further use

The hotel owners were some of the most customer focused I have ever come across. It made a refreshing change from some chain hotels that treat customers as cattle. I would highly recommend the mere cliff just on service alone.

Although a budget friendly hotel it was value for money. The breakfast was excellent and a good choice. The staff were extremely friendly and informative

The man that ran the hotel was very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much bother for him. Lovely warmth of the room and quiet.

basic but clean B&B, great couple a real laugh and made me feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble for me as a guest - value for money very good breakfast and I had to ask for a smaller breakfast portion! Any short comings in the room were made up by the friendly staff! I have stayed in a lot worse over the last few weeks working in blackpool

parking potentially would be a problem but i found a place just across the road

Room 8 is too small for two adults, especially when they are not a couple. No privacy as the bathroom door is too small to close. Unbelievably small, I got my shoe stuck between the beds, and I have only got small feet. Maybe it would be ok for kids or teenagers? A shame because everything else was fine. I hope the other bedrooms are bigger, I would recommend if so. But not room 8!!!

Chris & Steve are excellent hosts and can not do enough for you. The hotel is clean and presentable. We will definately stay here again. Although in the quieter part of Blackpool we found this a benefit as parking is free and on a nice day the walk is lovely along the front and access to trams and buses is easy. Keep up the good work boys

If I had to be really picky I would say the room was on the small side, but it was perfectly functional with all ensuite facilities tv and tea & coffee facilities so what more could you want from a place you sleep in

steve was very friendly..ohh i liked breakfast..bed was comfort.. I ll be back. TIPS:just get taxi from station.6 pound u are in hotel.all actions around blackpool tower.1.5 pound one way tram.
