Was OK overall if you just stay for the nights. Bus Stop directly in front (GPB 1.20 for one fare to Edinburgh Princes Street). They should clean up the dust. The room (Mine was Nr. 3) is to small - the bed just fitted in there - you could barely walk or place the suitcases. If you just stay for the nights it is acceptable. WiFi access (signal too low). |

I was in the hotel just to sleep, and I used to arrive very late every night. Even for the room with view to the front street I found the place was quiet enough. The staff was very helpful. I would like to suggest the hotel to supply the rooms with some shampoo. |

Had a lovely stay. Clean & prefect for a holiday. Traditional buildings beign converted into a hotel. Immaculately clean rooms with fresh bedding and towels . bathrooms a bit small but practical. Price was very reasonable hence the festival is on in edinburgh in August |

location The walls were like paper and we got no sleep due to the noisy occupants next door. The mattress was sagging and lumpy- very uncomfortable. The room was very small for a double bed. No cooked breakfast. |

It is close to a bus route and fairly quiet. Having your own key for the outside door meant you could come and go at whatever time you wished. Booked 3 nights, on arrival told we would be moved next day to a triple room, which we agreed to, but on returning found that we had been put in a smaller double room. Full scottish breakfast turned out to be toast and cereal! Wifi only worked if laptop facing a certain point in the room! |

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Shower in good working order. It is hardly within walking distance from city center (30 min, 10 min on bus). Breakfast was poor and in the basement. Not very homely overall impression. Very small rooms. |

Location,Room equipment, the kettle was ugly if u you use you should get dieria,there is no fridge in the room,the breakfast is worst,it is not a hotel house, running everythink a single lady. too far from city centre.. |

Location is ok, although not perfect. Very low prices. Ok breakfast. When I arrived, I was told that I would have to change rooms after the first night, which was inconvenient. Also, I was badly bitten by some insects on the first night in the hotel room. |

Everything perfect for this prize, you can't ask for more. The room nice and clean, staff friendly. You can even walk from the hotel to the center. The hotel is in a quite area and the walk is really nice, along a street full of restaurants and shops. No complaints at all. |

Clean, good shower, good continental breakfast. Poor TV and TV reception. Although I booked this Hotel several months in advance they had no record of my booking. This was'nt a problem as there was another room free. |
