Unfriendly staff x
It was great, loved it
The hill on the walk home
Fairly nice view Might have been passable had the cost of the hotel been in the region of £50
Being told after the hotel was booked that breakfast was not included as it was booked through a third party. At this point the deposit of £82.00 had been taken and this sum was none returnable so there was no opportunity to book a better value hotel. The hotel was fairly noisy and the rooms seemed to lack noise insulation. We were awoken throughout the stay as the main clientele comprised of those attending a vintage motor bike rally and were fairly lively Some of the furnishing was fairly shoddy (pictures available)
Cramped bathroom, even my children thought getting to the toilet was a tight fit, no good for adults.
Cramped bathroom and cheap beds, to soft
General facilities. We will return perhaps with the grandchildren next time.
Due to a Vintage Motor Cycle venue the dinning facility did not cater for other guests requiring an evening meal.
Location, Price and overall ambiance
A bit noisey on the ground floor, from the rooms above.
The staff were second to none very helpful and accommodating really made me feel at home
The hotel staff were friendly and really helpful. Stayed to support Ironman competitor and staff gave great advice on routes and places to watch. Bed was comfortable and breakfast adequate. Great access to Saundersfoot town and free parking on site.
Lack of wi-fi just a minor thing.
Location - great Helpfulness of staff Doing a very early breakfast including porridge for ironman
Good location Breakfast at 04:30 for the athletes!
bathroom and meals lovely, staff very friendly.
bed to small and not very comfy.
View of bay from bedroom window
Breakfast not included in price.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Good view to the sea from pool and veranda area. Easy walking distance from the beach.Very good breakfast.
The reasons I wouldn't recommend it to others are as follows: The mattress was extremely uncomfortable all springs could be felt. Well past its best. Room very hot. More attention to detail was needed. The room cleaners need to be more thorough. There was a ball of hair that someone had removed from their hairbrush under the bed. Weeds around the pool area, numerous cigarette butts in car park
Hotel was family friendly and good value for money. Outside swimming pool is fantastic. Will be going back again soon most definitely.
Bar drinks a little expensive
Clean Friendly Location good Value for money
Bar meals a little bit expensive
Perfectly good two star hotel, with a pool, licensed bar, entertainment 3/4 nights we stayed, meal options, good choice at breakfast and the staff were Very friendly and helpful. Hill into town good exercise but car trip possible, lots of parking.
The wi fi was rather erratic and limited to the bar and breakfast room.
