Perfect location in the city. Good and tasty breakfast. A nice clean hotel for couples or/and for families with a bit older children since there is no lift. When arriving with heavy suitcases I missed an elevator/lift but the rest of the time I didn't mind taking the staircase. |

The location. It was so close to the shopping area The room was on a 5th floor without elevator. The entrance smelled to vomit. We were one night out of light I we were not awared of the problem. When we checked in, they told us the breaksfast timetable, the following morning we have to wait one hour for them to open the restaurant, they were late. Credit cards are allowed, but your not said that it has an extra cost. |

The very central location giving access to Oxford Street and Bond Street. Also very comfortable and quiet. I feel breakfast was a bit disappointing.A croissant would have made all the difference. |

The hotel was right in the centre of the city. We were able to book a family room at a price we could afford. The room was very clean and the staff helpful. The 10% restaurant discount was a bonus and the food was great. We would definitely stay again. |

The location is excellent, really close to Oxford Street however located in a quiet back street, and very close to plenty of good restaurants to suit all tastes. We travelled with a baby, and there are stairs to get to the hotel, which mae it difficult to deal with the push chair. |

The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help. Its central location and value for money. Size of the bathroom i.e. too little space between shower and toilet. |

The best thing about this hotel is definetely the location. I don't think you could get a better situated hotel for this low price. It is half a minute walk away from new bond street and oxford street. You also get 10% off if you eat at the pizza bistrot next to the hotel. The only thing we would have to criticise is that there is no fridge in the room. |

The hotel was perfectly located for shopping & spending an evening at the theatre. We booked a triple room which was very spacious and extremely good value for money. Breakfast was included and was taken in the adjoining restaurant. Again we thought this was very good for the price we paid, cereals, toast, yoghurt, fruit juice and hot drinks. Will definately stay there again. |

Very close to public transportation and a great shopping area. We had a double and the room was very small, not too much space to move around. |

the location was great; very convenient to shopping areas. The room was a good size - which is a nice surprise for a central hotel. the bed was not very comfortable; the mattress could be changed - slept very badly. Breakfast could have been more interesting. no digital tv. No lift available and access to the top floor with the luggage is not easy - certainly not for the unfit or elderly . |
