Excellent central location. Good Italian Restaurant on ground floor Rather steep stairs access with a push chair. Bit cramped for 2 adults,a 12 year old child and a baby cot, but more than adequate for the price.

The room was clean. Very noisey location with poor windows to help keep the noise out. Very hard to sleep at night due to the noise.

It's location was good for us being near the us Embassy. The hotel is altogether shabby, the bedroom we used was furnished with old, poor quality, and chipped furniture. The stair carpet is frayed in various places this will become a hazard if allowed to deteriorate further. At present if a heel were to be caught in it the wearer could have a fall. The reception was unmanned on three occasions when I passed it by. On leaving I had to leave my room key on the door handle as there was no-one around to give it to. I was also charged £4.00 more than the original quote, no explanation offered. This hotel is no better than a hostel, and should be priced in that bracket.

The location is great for shops on Oxford st. and Bond st. tube station and also apart from some building work at the back during the day it was very quiet. Breakfast was adequate. The room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities and there was enough room for the three of us. For the price it was good. Reception is up a step, narrow flight of stairs and after lugging our cases up there we were told that we to stay in a building across the road. There we had quite a few flights of stairs to our room. Not suitable for the elderly, infirm as there is no lift. Remote controls are not left in the rooms and that means that you have to go back over to reception to obtain one. Ours didn't work! Breakfast is tea/ coffee, toast and cereal but to be truthful that was perfect for us. Breakfast is served underneath reception in the Pizzeria. Having said all this we would stay there again.

It seemed a little weird having rooms dotted over several buildings but it was a lovely comfortable and quiet place to stay. Staff were helpful and friendly and when we turned up 10 mins late for breakfast (as we weren't aware of the times) we were still provided with tea and toast which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast could be served a little longer maybe?

I did not expect the hotel to be bed and breakfast, we thought it is a prober hotel as was indicated in the Booking.com sight!!. There was no concearge or any lifts. The quality of the rooms were so bad, and not enough towels in the bathroom. Only the location was ok.

The dressing table was damaged, the room was too hot but we couldn't turn the heat down as radiator broken - though in fairness the man on reception did sort it out. The breakfast was diabolical - cearal, two pieces of toast and cold coffee. Overall not worth the £118 for one night.

location, location, location. Lots of restaurants around. Clean. Friendly staff at breakfast. Very very small rooms & no elevators (but this is a fact). Few tips for management: 1. Upgrage the beds - they're terrible (small a crack). 2. Upgrade storage solutions inside the room - currently there is no room for more than 1 suitcase. 2. Put more towels in the bathroom - 1 is really not enough. 3. Make your night shift person a little bit more friendly - If someone ask him to provide one more towel for each room on a daily basis (we spent there a week) he should adderss this call.

We wanted somewhere safe and clean to sleep for one night that is close to Oxford Circus. We had plans to do a lot of sightseeing so didn't plan to stay long in the hotel. Perfect for this. Extremely annoying noisy extractor fan in the bathroom. The toilet layout was so bad that there is not enough leg room when you sit on it - and I'm only a petite 5'2''.

Staff were friendly and booking in way easy after a long day trekking around London with three children. Yes, great for families who just want to get their heads down. Breakfast was perfect for us in the morning, just what you'd expect, with nice staff. Mmmm. Only problem with the remote control which didn't operate the television and we were unable to get most of the TV channels. However, we really only using the accommodation to freshen up, sleep and have breakfast in. So OK.

Location was very good. No mention of a lot of stairs to get to reception, then more stiars to get to me room which was over the road. If this was booked by older people they would struggle with 7 flights of stairs. Also the tv remote had to be paid for with a deposit. Only found this out once I had climbed the 7 flights of stairs. WiFi was also the same. Why not make it clear when you book in. Bed was also very uncomfortable. Seems like it had collpsed on one side.
