立地は抜群。一番近い駅はBond Stだが、Oxford Circusも程近く、Piccadilly Circusからもあるける距離。部屋はきれいでシングルにしてはかなり広い。シャワーのでもよかった 部屋が別館？で階段に部屋が面していたため、人が上り下りするたびに、部屋に響きねれなかった |

掃除は行き届いているが、バスルームに用意されているタオルがバスタオル一枚（フェイスタオルがない）とい- うのはちょっと・・・。エレベーターがないのは女性だけの旅行には大きなマイナスポイント。通り側の部屋は- 朝5時ごろから清掃車の音に悩まされる。この立地でこの値段なら仕方ないのかもしれませんが・・・。 セーフティーボックス利用に一日１．５ポンドもかかった上に、チェックアウト時の支払いでお釣りをごまかさ- れた。指摘すると、何事もなかったように（誤ることもなく）差額を返却してきた。 |

ボンドストリート駅から徒歩ですぐという立地はとにかく便利でした。部屋も思っていたよりは広く、快適に過- ごせました。ただ、エレベーターがないので大きい荷物がある場合は大変です。 |

the hotel is very ideally located and was clean and comfortable. the floorboards creak a lot and i was very disturbed by people walking about on the floor above. it felt like they were going to come through the ceiling any moment. |

Excellent location just 100 metres from Oxford Street, yet situated in a really quiet side street. Breakfast was not served until 8am, which during the week is too late for a business traveller. |

The location was excellent, it was a no-frills hotel but very clean and comfortable. An ideal base for central London. No lifts may make it unsuitable for some people. |

The location was excellent. The staff was helpful and the restaurant attached to the hotel was nice not too expensive. The room was cosy. Narrow stairs, can not recommend to elderly people, because there was no lift. |

I found this hotel different but nevertheless very good, lack of stairs is compensated by its excellent location with a view to shopping in Oxford Street. Stairs but as said location compensated. |

Placement off the hotel, good staff, cozy rooms Long stairs. Somewhere rooms should be renovated. They charge 4% when paying by a credit card. |

Location fantastic - easy walking to shops, theatres, sights and many parks and squares - plenty of eating and drinking all around - safe area at night. Hotel does have stairs and would not be suitable for anyone with serious mobility problems - agile elderlies do not be put off the stairs are compensated for by the amazing location. Room + bathroom small, basic but all you need for a stay in Central London. Breakfast: tea/coffee/juice/cereal/yoghurt,toast/butter/jams/cheese - what more could you want. Amazing value for money in such a fantastic location. I shall certainly stay there again and recommend it. For me and my sister (both in our 60's) it was perfect. We got better than expected but we were not looking for the Ritz! |

Clean, Comfortable En Suite. Some nice & helpful staff. Re recommendation below: I would recommend on Budget, Location Convenience and Short Term bases, but not generally & not without these qualifications. Claustophobic internal accesses & reception. Accommodation is in more than one building. Minimal staff with limited use of English language. Some very noisy rooms at odd times. Very basic breakfast. |

We enjoyed the comfort of the room, it was nice after a long shopping day to get back to the room and relax. There were only a couple of small towels available for us and with my girlfriend having one towel for her hair n one for her body, i was left without one. |

Perfect location in the city. Good and tasty breakfast. A nice clean hotel for couples or/and for families with a bit older children since there is no lift. When arriving with heavy suitcases I missed an elevator/lift but the rest of the time I didn't mind taking the staircase. |
