We did like the no nonsense check in. We were given a pin number and safe number via text the day before we arrived (late booking so had to ring them to ask for pins to be sent which was understandable) and although the floor number on the envelope was wrong it wasn't too difficult to work out what floor we were on No loo roll |

Perfect location for Cardiff centre. Facilities/furnishings were excellent. The apartment looked great upon arrival. Instructions prior to arrival were clear and we had no problems finding the apartment/getting in. The microwave had not been cleaned and was disgusting - a shame given than the rest of the kitchen was spotless. There was no replacement toilet roll for the bathroom - a small but essential item and quite inconvenient! |

The decor was very nice and it was convienently located to the city centre The hotel was not signed at all making it difficult to find. When we did finally arrive no toilet paper was provided. Also, no front desk/reception at all on the weekend. |

I enjoy the self serve aspect of the apartment. Having a small kitchen and bigger space was nicer than your average small hotel room. When we arrived we bought a few items of food for the apartment and when we went to put things away there were plates of uncovered food in the fridge. A little care into the cleaning between guests would be appreciated. |

The apartments were right in city centre, close to Millennium where we were going for a rugby game and close to the bars and shops. The apartment was spacious and clean. |

City centre location, apartment was mainly clean and well maintained. Not very well signposted - just an A4 size photocopied sign stuck to the glass doors with blu tack which I walked past and then had to retrace my steps. When I came out of the lift there was trolley taller than me (5'2") with dirty linen. It was stored there all night. My bedroom and living room windows were both overlooked, so had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. They should consider nets. Teatowel badly stained. Hopefully, they wouldn't condsider leaving me with a bathroom towel in that state, don't know why they think it's acceptible to leave me a teatowel in that state. Nowhere to store suitcase for the day on departure. There are no left luggage facilities at Cardiff train station either, so it would have been very useful. |

Very central location, 7 minutes walk from Cardiff International Arena and 30 seconds from John Lewis and St David's Shopping Centre. Easy access to buses. Apartment was on 6th floor served by lift. Generally very clean and well cared for. Staff polite and helpful. The apartment did not have a comprehensive guide to services and kitchen equipment (all Bosch), although one was promised and never appeared. There is no equipment checklist and had to ask for a kettle and iron. They also do not clean thoroughly (used hankies, food etc down sofa) and will not leave an extra toilet roll - you have to request one. Bedroom window does not open; despite turning off room heating the room was unbearably hot. Sitting room window opened onto a small balcony and provided fresh air. Many lights not functioning, and note left with main desk. |

The Apartment was well designed and had all the equipment needed for a city break. It is very convenient to the new St David's Centre and close to a wide range of eating places. Security was excellent. The room was serviced efficiently. Nothing comes to mind. |

Nice large room, privacy good location close to the John Lewis store. Close to restaurant and city centre. No parking, No restaurant (hence no breakfast) next to main train line so quite noisy, rooms are very hot and it is not easy to cool them down without leaving all the windows open then the noise from the constant trains makes it impossible to sleep. |
