The Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was lovely and the service was excellant. The rooms were very comfortable. No, I have no complaints and hope to return there sometime next year and I wouldn't be worried about recommending it to my friends. |

The location was excellent for the centre of Leeds and all of the City centre attractions The booking website indicated that there was a car park for which I paid £10.00. This was refunded as the hotel does not have a car park. The receptionist could not provide any directions for a car park suitable for a Landrover as The recomended car park had a height restriction. A Suitable car park was only 100m from the hotel. The bar was cold and had no draught bitter available. |

Staff were welcoming - coped with my late request for food well. Noise - both times I stayed was woken up by events inside and outside the hotel with noisy people. Tv reception was poor. |

It was chosen to be close to a theatre trip, with a very tight timetable. The staff were helpful in directing us to the car park and ordering a taxi. It was not clear where to park from the booking website, or from the approach to the hotel by car. The car park was expensive, and not fully covered. The room was small for two people, and the curtain was off the rail at the end. |

I found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. Also like the location - very convenient to Leeds city centre. I thought that the breakfast could be improved. I don't like a cooked breakfast so would have liked a better selection of cereals - perhaps muesli - and some fresh fruit. |

Clean room, nice food. The hotel was hard to find tucked away. We were looking for the Best Western, but thi was written in small writing . Also we were under the impression we paid for parking but was told this had changed ( but not on the web site), so we had to mess about sorting this out! |

Very little, one of the worst I have been to. Rooms, all three were bad, one had to be changed. A/c & night supermarket deliveries added to the fun! |

The room was comfortable and for the price was good value. The staff were courteous and helpful. At breakfast, the food items were not filled up quickly enough as they ran out, and guests had to constantly ask for milk, knives, butter, cereal etc. There were only two staff working and the restaurant was busy. |

It was a comfortable and friendly hotel and staff were always willing to help. The location was good and the parking nearby. My only negative was that the windows were dirty on the outside but this was not important! |

Liked leaving and never to return Unfriendly staff. On the way to my room there was a tray in the aisle outside a room. It contained a half eaten meal, the next morning is was still there! I also enquired about having the air conditioning turned off in my room but it never was. My first and last time in a Best Western. Perhaps it should be rebranded to "Worst" Western. |

reception staff very efficient and helpful room well equipped and clean. not there long enough to appreciate any other facilities. The breakfast room staff and actual breakfast was not of a very high standard my dining chair appeared to be broken and unsafe to sit on the choice of food seemed limited. |
