Tatty looking hotel with tatty rooms and badly in need of refurbishment. Bed uncomfortable, service indifferent (though didnt use the restaurant) and just a feeling of i wish I'd stayed at the Ibis!

easy access to the city centre. The staff were very friendly & breakfast was good.

The room was dirty, xups were dirty, no spoons, bath was discusting, foisty smell in the room. The bed was Broken, had to sleep on the floor. Two complains of noise only somethingwas done after half an hour. Staff Were miserable Tv didnt work Door wouldnt lock

I liked the friendliness of the staff and being very helpful. my pardner and I really enjoyed our Breakfast and complimented the chef for the way he had cooked her poached egg, it was the best she had ever tasted. Overall we enjoyed our stay and a big thank you to Stuart.

Location, price and friendly

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but had everything we needed.The heating was just right and the room was very clean. Overall it was excellent value for money.

The wi-fi didn't work which caused my daughter a problem and as the hotel is right in the middle of town it was a bit noisy - just what you'd expect really!

At first from the outside the hotel looked a bit old and run down but dont judge a book by its cover, as you get inside you seem to realise yes although it is not a new building or a new hotel it has a warm and homely feel to it. The staff are very welcoming and upon arrival I got a free upgrade, I had a lounge area and seperate bedroom with televisions in each room (was a bonus I didnt have to watch the soaps with the missus). All in all was a nice weekend break right in the city centre, 3mins away from coach station and a nice hotel, would stay again.

Only thing that was missing was a mini fridge or mini bar in the room I was staying in

the hotel was very well situated and the service was excellent

the hotel was very hard to find around the leeds one way system

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was excellent and the price was acceptable.

The location of the hotel was very good. It was close to the city centre. All the restaurants were in the vicinty. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the train station.

I did not like the Wi-Fi service as it was not user-friendly. There was direct connection &was via a third party. The staff were not able to sort out the connection problems.
