Buffet style breakfast and evening meal. Plenty of choice and always replenished. Plenty of staff on hand and great knowledge of island. Polite, friendly, wailling to assist.

It was great to have 2 rooms interconnected for 2 adults and 3 children (2 babies and a teenager) so we could enjoy quite a large area. This hotel was also very convenient to relax in the entrance where we could sTay for a drink or listen to music. Having differenT restaurants to go in the evening was also nice after a long walk through the city!and of course the huge swimming pool was great fun. Being on foot, the city centre is about 15 minutes from the hotel

Excellent swimming pool, Flowrider brilliant. Enjoyed the guided walk with the resident blue cross guide Pete Webb. Good choice of food in the Belvedere Restaurant. This is the sixth time we have stayed at this hotel (grandparents,the wife and I and my 12 year old daughter). Good family hotel. The hotel has a good website.

I liked how relaxed everyone was ,including the staff who always had time to say hi and was always helpfull to my daughter who is only 7. What we didnt like was leaving!!!!!

The pool facilities were fantastic. The rooms don't have air conditioning so the room was very stuffy as the weather was nice. We found it hard to sleep. Also, the bed was tiny!!

Location was excellent for town and parking facilities It is definately a family hotel, lots of children n noise. Unlikely to stay again as a young couple. Perfect for families not really for young people or elderly I would say

We were there to attend a friends charity event and birthday celebration. It was very spacious, comfortable, the food was really lovely the evening of the party and staff were friendly. It was just very easy going.

The indoor and outdoor pool facilites and the flow rider surf machine were great for the children. The instructor for the Surf rider on Sunday 16th was excellent and very hands on and attentive. The £8.50 for the day was good value for money given all the attention. Also all the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the Italian restaurant was good. A wish for better coffee! The pool bar in particular needs a proper coffee machine to do latte etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful, it was all we expected and more. Couldn't fault it for a long weekend with our son and family. The only thing we were a bit disappointed with was that the facilities in the aquadrome were not fully open and it was a warm weekend so it would have been nice to be able to use them all.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was smartly decorated the swimming pool and gym were very useful and the parking very handy the hotel is also situate near enough to be able to walk into town very enjoyable stay and will be booking again shortly
