comfortable bed tea and coffee in the room and a nice size tv two unwind with, and friendly staff.
do you get free wifi with the hotel but it's hard to pick up in the rooms therefore didn't have any wifi.
ease to find, after a long days drive this is important
rooms perhaps a bit small but for the price to be expected
Staff were friendly, hotel room was clean, TV was huge which was great!! Great budget hotel will definately stay again!
Nothing we didnt like
Room is good and clean for what you pay
The TV is fitted next to bathroom door At side of bed Not a Gud place Hard to find with the postcode
cheap, clean, big tv. if you want a room for the night thats new looking, modern and clean this is just perfect. You dont always want a resteraunt, masssive room and a jacuzzi, some times you just want a nice clean room with a tv and a shoer etc. amazing the money.
bed a bit hard but only a little, small room no wardrobe
The reception girls, very nice indeed. No noise. the continental breakfast was good value for the money. Very impressed.
It was clean
Cleaner walked in without any warning at 9, which was pretty painful as we were back after 4 ;(
Staff helpful and friendly good place to break a journey near the M5 and pet friendly
The size of the room, the price and the general efficiency.
Our room which was very big, was probably originally for disabled visitors. This meant that there was no plug in the wash basin, so we had to wash in constantly flowing water.
what we payed for one Nite
Had a cracking stay at this hotel! Situated a 5 minute walk from a petrol garage with a subway and a bus stop also 5 minutes away it has a great location. Before arrival I asked if the hotel could add some decorations to the room as it was my girlfriends birthday, they did not dissapoint! They left a roses in the room, a birthday card and even 2 birthday cup cakes. Didn't make it down for breakfast the next morning but will be definitely staying again. Great hotel with friendly staff.
Location, large comfortable room. Plenty of tea & coffee. Excellent value for money.
For this price nothing at all.
The fact I was eaten alive by bed bugs which was verified at louth county hospital do not stay in room 31 I was moved to ainother room had to collect my bag from room 31 and it was all made up again when I told them I had been bitten they made nothing of it i must be used to it
breakfast was expecting pastries got stale bread toasted...nasty!
car parking, warm welcome, clean hotel, and nice breakfast, no fuss, would stay again, could find no real faults, if driving good location just out of City.
parking little tight due building work at moment, Dec 2014, should be over soon.
COURTEOUS STAFF. STRAIT FORWARD BOOKING NO FUSS
SHOWER NOT OPERATING PROPERLY AND MOUNTED ON WALL. HAD TO FILL KETTLE IN BATH
the price petfriendliness parking space
the served breakfast is a lot of sugar there´s no table and chair in the room to work on
The facilities were good for the money.
The bed was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs! The bathroom was not very clean mould in the shower.
When I booked I was expecting a run down pig sty. But have to say I was well impressed. Very cheap nights stay but made to feel welcome and the room I was in was top banana. I've paid 4 times the price and had the same layout. Would definitely recommend if in the area and looking for a room for the night/weekend.
The only thing I can say is the location is the only thing u could moan about. But still 12 pound for a taxi at 1.30 in the morning is not to bad.
It was untidy just outside the front entrance, e.g. cigarette butts lying around.
My wife and I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now, and will continue to do so-a great budget hotel!
Felt like a £70-£80 hotel room for half that price! Staff really friendly 24hr porter who happily got us extra milk and teabags for the kettle. After reading the reviews I asked on the form for a room away from noisy doors and also a firm bed & the Staff obviously made the effort to do this as the room was amazing. Great decor, Lots of space, plenty of sockets, MASSIVE LCD TV, (Room 45 is fantastic!). Breakfast would have been a steal at £3 for one or £5 for two (in the room but there was a little table and chairs in ours), but we decided that as Tesco's Cafe is just down the road along with Domino's, Next etc. we would pop there for a fry up instead. Taxi into town is £10 and if you use Andy cabs supposedly its the same back to the hotel even after midnight. I would certainly use the orchard again Over any "national" budget brand if the price stays the same as even with the taxi fare into town (there are also buses) Its cheaper for the same standard of quality if not a bit better!
Got a little lost finding it but gave them a call. The turning into the car park is IMMEDIATELY on the left as you turn off the Bristol road onto Olympus Industrial park, coming out of town. We couldnt decide if it was just because we are now used to foam mattresses and not springs, plus a good nights drinking, but with two in the bed it wasnt the greatest nights sleep but it wasn't "soft" just a bit wobbly. Far better than the other options (youth hostel dorm etc.) at such a reasonable price.
Simple no-fuss check in. Easy to find room. Good sound insulation so no traffic noise. Spotless bathroom with enough room to move.
Room itself was crampedl. Colour of decor and furniture (brown & black) depressing.
teamaking facilities, big television, excellent value.
BIN in bathroom full on arrival, otherwise can't fault.
