Two small you hadnt much room to move about and the television was to high
Complained to staff that the room was dirty, was told 'what do you expect for this price?!'. Places can be clean but basic, this was not. Stains all over the carpet, disgusting shared bathroom. Do not stay here until Metro Inns clean up their act.
for one night it was ok, but wouldn't recommend for longer... the customer service was very good, the lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly...
first of all difficult to find... there is room for improvement in terms of quality of rooms, quite desolate, many little things don't work... mould in the shower, and window frames... but a huge TV screen?
The TV wifi and the value for money also it was confortable.
The fact their was no toilet in the room.
Other than requiring your own towels etc , was cheap cheerful and all you need
Lack of towels
Excellent value for money. Clean.
Bathroom a bit small. They didn't clean our room for two days but when I complained they did it every day.
Very good value for money. Good restaurants nearby
The bed was uncomfortable
Good value for money
Wifi is good.
Broken shower head, small rooms and ensuite no bigger than a cupboard
Good beds, clean showers and toilets
Too many dogs, carpetet floors - disgusting
the room is fine and value of money is okay just bit disappointed with no kettle with cups for tea and coffee in each room
not cormfy sleeping cos the kids was running up and down with vibrates on the floor from the kids running up and down few times!!!!
Small room toilet in shower cubicle
beds squeeky and uncomfortable..
Location was great Fairly fuss free check in once we were seen
There were moths in the room The bathroom was essentially a shower with a wetroom type floor shoved into what looked like it should have been a wardrobe. The toilet was also in there which meant a) that the floor of the shower was less than appealing and b) you could see/hear the other person on the loo while in bed with no real getting away from it? Beds far too soft Took a while to be seen at reception and saw same thing happen to someone else the next day Stayed for commonwealth games and at least it wasn't the 1000% mark-up which Premier Inn were looking for
The staff (young girl at the reception)was very friendly and kind and did all possible to make our stay comfortable. An ideal place for young people or just for a short passing through stay.
The shower and loo in such a tiny room. The washbasin was far too high. Nowhere to get a drink or a meal later at night outside of machine vendors.
Price Family room
Confy bed, clean bathroom, pretty good :-)
30 min very slow wifi for free
Rooms too small. No soap.
Very noisy guests, couldn't wait to get out the next morning. We were there for a meeting but we turned up tired, then had to drive the 118 miles home.
The pub next door
The communal showers and toilets
attitude of staff except nightshift . day time reception very abrupt verging on rude .cleaners shouting to each other banging about noisily but worse was the constant swearing that could be clearly heard .
Staff, the kitchen, cheap
It is very basic, but it is SOcheap that it is worth it
Well located for most major routes. Adequate budget price accomodation.
Facilities generally too basic for families. Felt a bit like a prison.
Adequate, but rather primitive shared toilet and shower facilities.
