The comfay bed
Its a bed for the night that is comfortable and good value.
Shared loo's and showers
Great Showers and the staff were very helpful
Very clean Easy to find Well located Good food selections around about the hotel.
Very strange atmosphere - defiantly pay for what you get. Fire alarm went off twice and the tv switched itself on in the middle off the night (felt like we where in a horror movie). There was nothing definitively wrong with it - it was just 'weird'.
Friendly guy on reception.Good footy chat.
No frills. Good sleep. Low cost. Parking easy. Staff friendly. Nearby restaurant and vending for snacks.
It was a bit like a cross channel ferry. Functional.
Bed was uncomfortable, staff great, I know space is limited, but couldn't get my head round the fact that the loo was in the shower, all in all though not bad
Nice clean bed, stayed in alot worse.
Nothing, just a cheap clean place to stay the night, excellent
Cost and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Carpets are needing replaced.
Value. Comfy. Parking.
Room was cramped, while did not bother me the en-suite bathroom had opaque glass door which some would not like.
Small size rooms Small wetroom Traffic noise
Filthy carpets, and not the accommodation we expected.Ill informed reply to our complaint from Falkirk, and no comment/ reply from head office.Don`t know why bloggers accept dirt etc just because it`s cheap.Premier is cheap 10 out of 10.
Excellent self catering facilities
Absolute budget friendly. Staff gave good information when asked. Beds were comfortable enough. The restaurant next door had excellent deal for three course meal.
Kitchen was disgusting so we had to eat out. Saucepans were covered in slime, rust and old food. Bathrooms and toilets are self cleaning so constantly wet and dripping and don't feel clean. Very small like on an airplane! Tight bedrooms, we had to do lots of shuffling to get in and out of the room, around the bed.
good location easy to find near motorway kitchen unit so can prepare own meals friendly staff
no issues during my stay
good nights sleep, rooms basic but clean, good showers even though communal, good connection to wifi for skygo!
Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was basic but clean
The lack of en-suite facilities. We knew in advance but would be prepared to pay extra for the convenience [pun intended]
The young lady on reception was fantastic. Really helpfull and friendly
The guy who checked us in was rude and had issues when we complained about the state of the carpets and the smell in the room. The shared toilets and showers are vile and have a stench that the self cleaning cannot shift.
value for money for a half Scotsman was great.
no breakfast,no tea/coffee in rooms.one toilet floor never dry.flush on toilets real poor.bed too low and very very very basic.staff nice and friendly.should have basic shaving pack for men to buy.all in all due to price it was pretty good.older people not good on internet,so map sent in post would have helped us lots to find u.come off motorway too soon I think.came from Glasgow airport.
Very Friendly & Helpful Staff. Clean Room. Clean & Comfy Double Bed. Decent size TV. Wet Room Cubicle with Shower , Toilet & Sink. Kettle + Tea , Coffee & Milk. Hair Drier. Great Value if you just want the basics. Great Central Location Between GLA & EDI.
Small Room. Very little storage space. Tiny wet room with shower , toilet & sink. Thin walls.
Staff were friendly and helpful
En-suite too cramped Carpet old broken coat-hanger. Walls need refreshing Blind had mould spots Mattress stained
The fact that we arrived very late and were still greeted by Gordon with a very friendly manner and not to be me to feel uncomfortable for being so late. The rest of the staff during the day were polite friendly and engaging to s level you don't even find in more expensive accommodation, The room was functional with a very comfortable bed and there was plenty of hot water from the shower in the morning. It was very clean with a large plasma TV on the wall tea making facilities and hair dryer. Good parking facilities.
The fact we came up for the referendum going for independence but sadly this was not to be. Other than that we couldn't fault our stay. Excellent value for money. Not well sign posted.
