comfy bed friendly staff

stayed about a year before and it was cleaner and did not smell, nothing to like this time :-(

Room was not clean. Only one single socket in room.Toilets were all smelly and wet.

Value for money, very dog friendly with pleasent staff, clean rooms.

my first night was horrendous people shouting till late also running up and down the corridor i hardly got a wink of sleep being next to the toilet didnt help either.very disappointed sorry wont be back

for a base as we were working in Falkirk its great. The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Thanks guys

Room size. Smell of smoke throughout the hotel. Carry out meals being eaten by guests in entrance foyer. Mattress. Toilet within tiny wetroom. Very tiny washand basin.

Room smelled badly of smoke.did not book smoking room but ashtray in room. Carpets very dirty. Toilet not clean. No toilet paper by 8.15 am.

Not ensuite - but facilities very clean and not too far away.

The member of staff we spoke to was friendly and helpful. we were there for a works night out in the beancross next door so the location was fantastic for us.
