It was perfect for us, as we just was staying a few hours after a music event. Which allowed us to get our heads down before heading home. I wasn't keen on the shower / toilet facilities, however as we only live less than an hour away it didn't bother us as we could get showered when got home,

The staff, especially Sue were exceptional and very helpful Only one chair in a double room, no sockets apart from that used by the TV. I had some medical equipment I needed to use.

Location was convenient. Smoking room was good. Room was like a prison cell, matress was thin and uncomfortable. There were groups of men and women staying and they were shouting and making noise all through the night. I got no sleep. Toilet was disgusting and the staff didn't seem bothered to help me.

It was very cheap and the staff were friendly. Showering facilities were also good. The place seemed a little unclean and the toilets were not pleasant at all. Also the beds were a little uncomfy.

Toby Carvery next door Just up the road from a massive retail park, which has a tescos. Not far from trendy bars in Jesmond I didn't like that the rooms only had one plug hole so bring an adapter. The hotel was generally clean bt could have been cleaner. Served the purpose to get ready for a party weekend

Friendly staff and cheap good for last minute, clean rooms comfy beds I was charged 10% up front when booking the room it came straight out of my bank account...then on arrival I was charged £20 when it should have been the remainder £18....not going to complain for the sake of £2 but this is normally checked! Toilets are smelly even though they are self cleaning...our tv signal was terrible and the sink in our room gave an awful smell

The staff are very friendly, nothing is too difficult for them. I have stayed at this hotel a good few times over the past 8 years and when in Newcastle wouldn't book anywhere else. There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.
