It was quiet and near to our party venue I am happy I booked an en suite . I would have been un happy with the toilet facilities in the hall ways. |

Helpful staff and free tickets to the Greyhounds were nice. Some toilets didn't work and were not 100% clean. Apart from this, all good! |

i liked the en suite room it was very adequate for the price i dont so much like the look of the building itself , this is made up for by the quietness of the location |

Clean room. Quiet environment (despite being located in industrial estate). Distance from town centre. Lack of facilities ~ no kitchen, just two or three tiny tables and a basic breakfast of muesli and toast and coffee. No public rooms. Location in industrial estate is bit frightening at night. None of the features in Q 2 apply. |

The rooms very basic however very clean and functional. The outside of the hotel did not give a good first impression. |

Rooms clean and well presented- bathroom in particular pristine. However external presentation very off-putting - looked like abandoned building and concerned was local knocking shop - lots of shouting in middle of night outside |

The manager was friendly and very helpful, he suggested we move rooms due to a large noisy party. Seemed slightly odd that self cleaning toilets and showers would be filled with metal fixings, they were all rusty. |

the hotel was dirty and you should put hot water jug in every room and microwaves so that if guest want coffee they dont sruggle. make sure the hotel rooms are properly cleaned as they were very dirty, the tapes and mirrors in the rooms were stained which is far away from hygiene. unfortunately i dont think i will book to stay at your hotel again |

The hotel was warm, I felt safe and it was clean and seemed well looked after by your staff Honestly, did not like the toilets and showers out of the room or the bed above the double bed, hit my head twice, oh and the bed was hard, kept waking up with a soar shoulder. |

To be fair, all we were looking for was a place to leave our stuff not too far from the centre that had a bed! and it ticked every box for that. If i'd been aware that it was in the middle of the industrial estate before i booked i wouldn't have. |

I couldn't believe it when I saw a guest walking around with a towel round his waist going into a shower room.Only at that point did I realise how basic the accomodation was going to be. I was horrified that there not even a toilet. It was more like a hostel than a hotel. The room was clean but I would not stay there again out of choice. |

Quick to book a simple straight forward hotel it had all the basics. The hoover clearly doesn't reach the edge of the room - there was a rim of thick dust around the edge of the entire carpet. The sheets, although clean, had cigarette burns in them. Not having on suit was a first but the showers and toilets were clean and efficient and there are enought that you don't have to wait. |
