The staff were friendly and polite.It was good value for money.

The bed was soft.

There were 2 dead wasps on the floor and some chewing gum in the bed. My window is facing the car park right in front of my car but has no blinds or curtains so everyone from the car park can see me. The bath is down the hall so I had to walk half naked past people to get back to the room. My room smells like TCP. I don't even have a toilet in my room. That's down the hall too. The staff were very unhelpful. I felt uncomfortable and insecure whilst there.

Very clean room

Location, stuck in middle of industrial estate. use of shared toilet and shower facilities were not idea, but based on cost were acceptable.

i do recommend tee-side metro inns , the staff was great there lovely rooms front off house were lovely too the welcome was 100% xx the cleaners were lovely there too Corrina swetman and family

Staff were friendly kettle and coffee in room nice big tv and beds were comfy .rooms were clean price was good too

For the price everything was good!

Loved the staff who were very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. If you're looking for a cheap bed for the night but also want it to be clean, easy to control room temperature and where nothing is too much trouble for the staff you can't go wrong with this hotel.

No en-suite. But hey at that price I will survive!!

Friendly staff, good tv in room, good parking.

On the 1st floor 1/4 of the communal toilets had an inadequate flush that required maintainence and 1/4 toilets was locked for the 10days I stayed there, presumably as it also requires maintainence.

Great staff. A relaxed and welcoming attitude.

A basket in toilets for used toilet papers and it need to be more clean, disinfected and well smell.

Rubbish left in drawers cups not washed noise in corridors with other guests drinking and smoking on fire stairs

Friendly staff, room cleaned every day was good.

No real complaints other than an uncomfortable bed.

Great value and very comfortable, there is even a 42 inch lg tv in the room with tea, coffee and a sink. Even mints are provided and the place is very clean and ideal for business stop-overs with welcoming reception staff and evening security. There is an Asda and a Macdonnalds on the same industrial estate and town is just a short taxi drive away where we had a superb curry at Akbars on Linthorpe Road.

At this price there are no complaints.

Booking in was really slow... We had already booked and paid online and it took nearly 15mins to get the keys

Booknig didn't go through, despite me getting a confirmation number, and a request to rate the bloody hotel! Thankfully the staff managed to find me a room in the hotel, but had to get a twin instead of a double. They tried to charge me more but I managed to get it for the price on the booking.com website. Bit of hassle that I could really have done without

Re-vamped rooms that were comfy and a nice 42" plasma on the wall. Much improved

it was cheap and showers, toilets, television where good.

The room was noisy, small for twin room, could use a bunk instead of 2 beds.
