Metro Hotel  

I travel to London regularly and have been looking for a good value hotel and this one met all my needs. Very good value for the money , clean, good facilities,excellent location & staff is very friendly and helpful. I will go there again for sure...

Space constraint - Very small space in the bathroom Steep, narrow stair case making baggage handling difficult No one to contact at reception during non office hours

I thought the Hotel was terrable. I have never stayed in such a place

Very accesible to metro system

Only inconvenience that my phone or tv remote did not work during our stay. We only stayed for five days so it was not a major inconvenience, but we had to run down to the lobby to speak to the consergerie.

There was only one member of Staff so we had to wait for Him to come, the room lock was broken you could just walk in to the room. The room was also cold and not clean properly. Terrible breakfast.

We stayed at Tonys Hotel because there was no room at metro hotel. Nice breakfast with lots of choices, excellent location, tube was 3 min. walk and the stuff was very helpful and kind.Free london map provided.Wi Fi was easy accessable

Narrow stairs, Overheated room i slept with no shirt!!! and finally...The bathroom was a miracle. When sitting on the wc my knees were touching the door.i hardly could turn in there.It is the smallest bathroom on earth seriously.Thin walls as well.

great location really is 5 mins from Paddington, if you just want to sleep over it is plenty good enough for the price

Narrow stairs no lift

Very friendly staff, room comfortable for price, warm with good en-suite facility

to much clutter in room, fridge, table, wardrobe, chair, bedside cabinet could all be looked at to improve overall space

Location was not to bad it was just within walking distance of most of the places that we wanted to see and go to

The cleanly ness of the hotel was not the best I think for the money I payed it was not good value for the money It was just a good job that it was our first time to London and didn't have to spend a lot of time in the hotel

The room was dirty. The toilet had not been flushed. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned after the last guests

Got moved in a typical hoteliers trick, see below.

On arrival, I was told there was a problem with the window in the room and that I was to be moved to another hotel, agreed to be shown a hotel 5 mins walk away, at this late stage in the day I had no time to seek further accomm so felt suitably trapped.It looked to me a blatant trick to fill other less glam hotels with paying customers. The room I got was down in the basement, tiny, was dirty, condom wrappers under the bed, leaking shower etc etc and little room to move, but I had no time to look elsewhere and the staff knew it. Was not happy at all but that is life, worth £90? No way, will not use again.

Shower didn't work well, window single glazing didn't close well. Poor wifi connection even at lower level.

Staff very helpful and made a effort to make our stay pleasant Hotel very close to padding ton station easy to get around London The only problem there was construction work being carried out through the night by Very large company opposite but this will eventually be completed and you will get a goodnights sleep

Location so close to Paddington Train Station.

Bed bug bites.

The location with the subway at 1 minute by walk and its 4 lines. The shower was great.

There was some bugs which came on the bed and bite us all day and night long !! 3 days after we still have spots and itch in the entire body...

The room was clean

Once you get in the room it was ok, bed clean but awful coffee, needs a lot of work but as they say you get what you pay for. Would you eat a bread roll touched by someone who looked like they haven't washed for weeks?!

- Bettdecken waren einfach Wolldecken ohne Bezug, noch dazu dreckig - sehr steile Stufen, kein Lift - Safe kaputt - W-LAN funktionierte nicht - Frühstück ist unmöglich

Yöllä kadulta kuuluva melu kuului todella hyvin huoneseeen johonka heräsin joskus öisin.

Da localização. Recepcionistas orientais, gente simples mas prestativa e simpática.

Estrutura da recepção e escadas de acesso muito precária, pior que de camping. Quarto muito pequeno, pior que o Formule 1. Hotel para mochileiros, estudantes com pouco dinheiro e etc.
