Great door and reception staff. Shame the Met Bar was closed as that's the reason we booked.. No coffee facilities. No morning paper delivered, desoite one being ordered.

Location was very good! Didn' t like that in bathrooms doors were quite old/damaged by steam ( and it was in all 3 rooms we occupied!) - should be that way in 5star hotel!

“I chose this hotel as we were travelling with 2 ten year olds and it is difficult to find a nice hotel in good location with adjoining rooms or a room with enough beds. This hotel was perfect and the outstanding thing for us was the staff. They were so friendly. Our trip was to celebrate our daughter's birthday and she was delighted to receive a note and cupcake from Jermaine and his staff. On our return to Belfast this was mentioned before our visits to Westminister Abbey, the London Eye, Madame Tussaurds, the Theatre etc..
