Clean & comfortable, ideally located centrally to Chelmsford, decor slightly faded in parts but more than made up for being such good value for money, and friendly staff. Nothing to complain about the place, I've paid a lot more to stay in worse places.

The staff are excellent, friendly and accommodating. The shoers are next to useless. And, despite specifying a double room with single occupancy on my booking, this information was not passed on to the hotel and I ended up with a twin room.

good breakfast Rooms were reasonable given price, TV choice was very limited given it states satellite TV, restaurent menu was reasonable but as there was nobody ibn there it seemed cold so decided to eat in the bar which was fine given the cost

The Miami Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The meals and the room was good for the price. The hotel is within wlking distance of the centre of Chelmsford and was well suited to my requirements. The Miami Hotel is located near a busy junction and the traffic noise may be a problem for some people. That said, it not keep me awake.

It was surprisingly quiet. The cooked breakfast was good. The buffet element of the breakfast was poor. Just packets of cereal and tinned fruit.

Took over an hour to check in. Said they never had the booking. I Had all the relevent reference numbers and still couldnt check in. Been on the road for hours. Very poor

This is a very good, value for money hotel with friendly staff, clean & comfortable bedrooms and good food. We enjoyed a full English breakfast and found that reasonably priced bar meals were served in the evening as well as the a la carte restaurant meals which meant that we didn't have to travel into town to find somewhere to eat when we arrived at 8pm. I would certainly stay in this hotel if I visited Chelmsford again.
