the staff were so lovely and welcoming, nothing seemed like too much effort for them! The chef cooking the eggs and pancakes was especially lovely :) we both really liked him!
Location is good: euston square, warren street stations are close. Breakfast is wide ranging even if you don't eat pork.
Elevator is the slowest elevator that I have ever used.
There was nothing 'deal-breakingly' bad about this hotel so I would stay there again. The member of staff who greeted me was particularly friendly. I'd read criticism of the breakfast but I would say it was perfectly acceptable. The location suited me perfectly with close access to Euston station and enough decent restaurants.
The room was a little small. If I had been alone it would have been fine, but for a couple it was a bit on the cosy side. The restaurant, though fine, was a bit lacking in ambience. Possibly the world's slowest lift!
There were nothing not to like at this hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless and a decent size, breakfast was good, and only 2 mins walk from Euston station. Defiantly would recommend.
Unfinished hotel lift broke down noisy radiator in room and would say the room we booked was not a deluxe also shower door did not fit properly so bathroom became slippy
Staff were great -really super helpful Room good Bed good Breakfast very good
Being charged €3 for a cappucino for breakfast Ground floor rooms while being large and lovely are a bit noisy with the underground - not for light sleepers
Location is great The price was great the last time I visited
The bed was a bit soft for me The ground floor rooms are noisy
Firstly, location. Easy walking distance to anywhere, British Museum, Euston, St Pancras. Great service from Staff. Room very quiet and comfortable. Bed, very comfy.
The breakfast was quite tasty and the decor if the room was nice as well. And it is situated in the perfect place for those arriving from London Euston or even Kings cross
Some of the staff were not in uniform and wearing casual clothing as if they were at a pub. One staff member had uniform when we arrived, but when we came back at night the receptionist had a dingy t shirt on and jogging bottoms. There was also loud drilling as they did some repairs that perhaps could if waited till quieter periods in the week rather than on a busy weekend. Also the hotel room had very thin walls
staff room style / cleanliness
Noisy extract unit kept me awake
There is only one lift and it is very slow. Building works and carpeting ongoing during my visit which I was not informed about when booking - if I have know I would gave stayed elsewhere.
The location was really convinient, right next to Euston and few other stations. Room was clean an comfortable.
wifi was too weak. my room was smaller than the ones in images
One minute's walk to Euston Complimentary Wi-Fi Complimentary breakfast - good food Clean room with amenities
Very cramped and crowded restaurant - it used to be spacious. Now everything is squashed into the former bar area. Price is high at nearly £200 a night.
Cozy rooms, helpful staff, and right by Euston Station.
Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location, close to Euston Station.
location and accommodation very good
food has deteriorated in standard, since I first stayed two or three years ago
Excellent location, only a couple of mins from Euston station. Lovely fresh breakfast and plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are nice & have everything you need. I stayed in a single room but still had a nice big shower. Definitely would recommend.
nice hotel. close to the metro. ironing board in the room.
no slippers provided
The room was clean and comfortable, though cold on arrival
The noise of the tubes from 6am
