Great location and bed.
The Wesley is all in all a lovely hotel, our double room was lovely and clean.Breakfast is amazing!
Hotel was clean and it was near to my work
The staff was rude. The Hotel was so pricey. Breakfast was awful there is no choices. im a vegetarian and i didnt found anything healthy just fried food and pancakes. AC was not working. There is no iron and refrigerator in the room. Small beds.
The food was nice
The room was not what we viewed on website. Bathroom had spots of mould and shower cubical was tight. Don't think I would stay at this hotel again
Breakfast. Cleanliness. Location. Tea making facilities and biscuits in room.
While lying in bed, it felt like I was at a tube platform. Street light right behind my window with poor curtains. No sound insulation whatsoever, could hear conversations of people in the next room as well as guests checking in, couldn't sleep much.
cleanliness bed very comfy decor and layout great staff delightful and very helpful food excellent
Room a bit small Warm and air conditioning noisy so opened window but noisy
Lovely staff, very clean, very spacious rooms. Easy check in and check out.
I was woken by work that was being done at the back of the building, lots of crashing and banging. Also throughout the night there was a lot of noise and so our sleep was disturbed many times.
Staff were excellent and attentive when problems drawn to their attention. I was attending a course in the hotel and might have felt disappointed if there for course only as it was soooo noisy. We had to change rooms because of the noise and other bookings and I was aware course leaders were feeling let down. Homemade refreshments were nice when they came. The first room I was put in was really noisy so I asked ti move befire unpacking which wss done promptly. Unfortunately the room I was given was awful, next to a generator so I didn't sleep a wink. Next day I shared my plight and was given another room which was great and I slept well in a very comfy bed. I was so grateful the lady on reception was really helpful. Breakfast was lovely and staff friendly. Beds were really comfy and showers powerful apart from when water went off awaiting a repair.
As above...noise was awful until I got a quiet room. There was a lot of work going on in the hotel which I guess has to happen some time but I would have been disappointed had I booked rooms for a course, and was paying for all that noise. But all in all I would return and ask specifically for quiet room away from generator.
The reception staff were very rude, there were red marks in the bed sheets, dirty towels, broken shower doors, filthy shower doors, hairs in the sink and we were advised we had been upgraded. We were not. At the end of the stay I highlighted all these issues. The staff member didn't apologise, didn't offer me any kind of compensation he just asked me to write the issues on a piece of scrap paper and said I'll pass it on. Absolutely shocking
The hotel is currently been transformed and it's not normal to get workers on Sunday morninpg 7:30 AM
Clean Close to station
No plug sockets by mirrors. Only one double plug in the room. Building work going on. Woken up three times in one morning by cleaners knocking on the door. Breakfast not added as requested.
Good breakfast choice
The noise outside our room with another quest and hotel personal
The entire hotel has been taken over by internal building works. There is only one semi-functioning lift, which is permanently occupied by workmen. The corridors are a literal up-and-down maze of steps through a building site. The floors are dirty. There are bare plasterboards and unfinished rooms everywhere. And there is no hiding from it all in your room. Although modern looking at first, the finish is cheap (sockets coming off the wall) and my room had a dirty floor and dirty bathroom, with mould on the walls where damp was coming through. The place was filled with a horrible musty smell which no amount of air conditioning (from the last century) could displace. This hotel is a complete rip-off and a dump. Do not stay there.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is 7 out of 10 room was quite and nice, I was in room 326. it would be perfect if it become like IBIS in its price
Lift is very slow, it is taking 45 second to get to 3rd floor(they said they are having new lift). Room is very small compared to the price which I paid in other London hotels with better dimensions and facilities. There was no refrigerator in our room. I have informed one of the staff that I need taxi at 6:30AM and he said he will arrange it, at 6:30AM morning staff said no taxi was booked!!
Location Refurbished Cleanliness Quiet Convenient
Reception staff were not patient Price Services
The staff are excellent, all so helpful and really welcoming. The breakfast are super lots of fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt and great eggs cooked to order to go with the cooked breakfast and the croissants and pastries are yummy. Great position in London as well.
The bed was the only thing we didn't like. Too bouncy and not comfy at all.
Close proximity to Euston station. Great location if train arrives at night - easy to walk to with luggage.
Very close to Euston.
The hotel was a maze of corridors; the shower doors had mould and the shower floor was damaged; the breakfast was poor quality, dried up bacon etc, and the poached eggs were not completely cooked. The room had no view and was dark.
Excellent location - a couple of minutes from Euston and a nice stroll to my meeting. Comfortable room on the top floor. Extremely reasonably priced room service for London. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good selection of breakfast foods. An excellent night's sleep on a really comfortable bed.
Some of the hot breakfast items had cooled down on the hot plate.
The hotel was very convenient for Kings Cross/St Pancras stations. The food in the restaurant was good.
We had booked a deluxe twin room, and it was fine, but I would not call it deluxe. The air condition was impossible to control and was noisy
Location Size of room Facilities in the room Cleanliness Comfort of the bed Welcome Very helpful check out Access to hotel
Having to carry heavy case down and up stairs to and from room after leaving lift Slightly dingy in stairwell Waiting time for very small lift
We booked a double bedroom online, and when we arrived to the hotel they give us a suit room with same price :) that was really kind of them.
Very convenient to Regents park Marylebone and railway station
terrible outlook stairs stairs stairs soap dispenser in shower did not work no lounge room to sit in congested entry
Very good breakfast and pleasant restaurant Good location
Rooms are very basic Place is a bit of a rabbit warren Price seems very high for the level of the accommodation but that may be London.
