MIC Hotel  

We have stayed here on several occasions as it's location, facilities and overall inclusive package suit our usual,relatively short- stay, purposes admirably. Staff are always pleasant and helpful and from our experiences to date we have not had cause to complain.

Incredibly close to Euston, tucked neatly away. Very friendly without that bland uniformity of the large chains, it felt almost like a small family run hotel. Currently, building works under way, but didn't inconvenience me. Will definitely be recommending it to colleagues.

The rooms are very nice, good breakfast, close to underground. Would stay there again!

The room was lovely and what you would expect to pay for the price. The location was brilliant with a little walk to the underground station. The breakfast was also brilliant with lots to choose from and the staff were very polite.

Overall - nothing

I requested a twin room specifically because my wife has a back injury. When we arrived, they said they didn't have the request (they changed their story 2 days later and said they did have it, couldn't meet it and told Bookings.com -basically tried to blame them). They could/would not provide a room with 2 beds - I ended up having to sleep on the floor! I requested a reduction in price in the circumstances. Two days later I received a call from management - without any apology/real concern for our situation I was refused a price reduction. I was charged full price for this appalling 'service' failure on their part....I Was then asked about making a further booking!

The hotel is excellently situated by Euston station in a quiet road. The hotel has recently been refurbished and the rooms although not exceptionally large are good and comfortable. The dining room is light and airy and the breakfast choice was excellent with a good choice of fruit and cereals as well as a hot selection. The staff were very friendly and I would definitely stay again.

We can honestly say we were pleasantly supprized with the hotel as the location was brilliant for us as its less than a two minute walk from the station which is handy to go into town. The only little fault I had was there were works being carried out on the building and they started at 8 am and didn't finish until 6 pm which ment when we were in our room you could hear them working away, also 10am check out time not sure that's a good idea could do with being about 12 ish , but that was it all in all nice hotel and will stay in the future ..

The hotel is really stylish and clean. The room is small but very comfy. I guess I might be the first guest staying in the room because there was no telephone and the iron was untouched. The breakfast was great and the staffs were superb friendly. We had a lovely time there.

I stayed in the second floor and the other side of the corridor was still under construction. The smell of the paint was quite strong that because of that I even woke up for a few times in the middle of the night.

The hotel was going through a complete refurbishment, dust everywhere, no details on website to indicate any such thing was going on. Was giving a double bed instead of a twin room which we requested, had to move rooms 4 times. Noise by builders was ridiculous, being lied by hotel staff trying to fob off our complaint.

It's easy proximity to Euston station and the price. Unfortunately the shower flooded our room during the stay. We had travelled down to take part in the London Marathon and there was no provison made to use a room for showering after the event without paying a full nights rate. Other hotel chains like Premier and Travel Lodge had set rooms apart for runners to use after the event

the conditioner is broken and its made noise all the night ，the staff didnt tell me before 。im very sad for that。

It was close to Euston Station and to tube and bus stops, and therefore convenient. The breakfast was good, served cafeteria style with family style seating.

This will be rectified once the renovation is complete, but I had to walk through construction debris to get to my room. There was nothing on the website that mentioned the construction and remodeling. The back part of the hotel has no elevator, requiring taking the front elevator to the floor above and dragging it down a half-flight of steps to get to the room where I stayed. The first room I was put in had no telephone, nor internet connection. They moved me to another room, which had both, but no wi-fi connection. Perhaps when the renovation is complete all of this will be corrected. Otherwise it was a clean, quiet (so long as I kept the windows shut) and comfortable room.

Extremely helpful staff. Perfect location. Good price for London. Clean, comfortable room and good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend.
