The room was quite modern and the toilet was very nive and looked completely new. Breakfast was good! Location is excellent, 2 underground stations 5 minutes away. Quiet area. The room was a little tiny, but I guess you won't spend that much time there. |

the location, across the street from a tube station and a 15 min stroll to Oxford St. The bathroom and bedroom decor was nice and breakfast was included. |

Clean room and a very helpful front desk atendant who helped us find a room even though they apparently had no record of us booking in. The fact that they had no record of us booking in and we had to stay in room with a shared bathroom even though we booked well in advance and brought the confirmation email (from booking.com) with us. |

Convenient for the tube, shopping and relaxing. Regents Park is just a short walk away, for the Zoo and beautiful gardens. All the staff were polite and friendly and helped us with directions. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice and the food on the hot-plate was hot!! |

MIC was the perfect place for our weekend in London. Close to Easton Square tube (Central, District and Hammersmith and City lines), so easy to get around. The room was excellent - clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Loved the cookies and the hot chocolate in the room - nice touch! Breakfast was great and plentiful. Staff helpful and friendly. An iron would have been handy, but we lived without one. |

The room was spotless- staff were courteous and helpful eg when an iron and ironing board were requested. The breakfast was very good and once again the staff were polite and helpful. My only slight issue was that sky sports news wasn't working! |

Conveniently located near Saint Pancras/King's Cross station and subway. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was superb: great selection and fresh produce. Nice touch getting an Easter egg! |

Very good breakfast, clean rooms, excellent location. The rooms were very small, but we did not mind, since everything else was perfect their homepage could be better! |

The flapjacks in the room This is not really a "hotel" but a student hostel with the top floor given over to hotel rooms. A strange/nasty smell pervaded the public areas ( emmanating from the student accommodation?) While I was there building work in the public areas detracted considerably from the "look" of the hotel. Breakfast was not served until 7am but there was no room service earlier than that time. |

Very smart modern comfortable spotlessly clean ensuite room, tea/coffee/hot choc and biscuits in room, very generous quality spread at breakfast, help yourself to as much as you want, breakfast staff very nice, swish surroundings, Duty manager very good customer service if you have any problems, one minute walk from Euston station, but quiet street receptionist could have been more helpful |
