Great location steps away from Euston station. Cleanliness of the room was great. Breakfast was very good with a great selection
We had two deluxe rooms, but they were basic - and small. I would be interested to see the standard rooms
Fantastic clean budget hotel, we stopped in a junior suite which was bigger than many of the other London hotel rooms we have ever stopped in. Friendly staff, great location for euston, very modern, spotlessly clean, great breakfast. We will be returning soon!
Nothing this hotel was great, but maybe some comfy seating in the bar area might be nice.
noise, small bed
good location very clean rooms many facilities
I was single traveller, and the room was small (with one sinlge bed), but fair, probably big comparing to rooms in London Hotels!
Just a few metres from Euston station. Clean.
The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was tidy and clean. Lovely breakfast!
Staff was very nice.
Depends on the room but outside is bit noisy.
Staff is nice and efficient
Some work during our stay and the dinning room is a bit cold
Pedro and Roberta are fantastic at there jobs made the night most enjoyable
Water stains too the ceiling in our room and water staining down the wall panels
Staff was fine. Location is excellent.
The room was not properly clean. Stains from drinks on table and stuff. Nothing very gruesome. Personally wouldn't stay again but not the worst place for the money.
Great location, good value for money.
Doing renovations and did not warn us.
The ethical and sustainable aspects were not known to me previously and were another positive in my opinion of this hotel. Pleasant, affordable accommodation in a central location.
Very good value for money friendly staff
As always in London room could be bigger
phone calls from reception I didn t need when working
staying at building site, being told that there would be a charge for tea pot with my breakfast, waste coming up in the shower from the toilet very time you flushed it . .staying on the ground floor no net curtains. on the window so every one passing in the street had a full view of you in the room.
Good location and comfortable bed
I called ahead to ask questions as my husband had just been discharged from hosptal (UCLH) and was not told that the restaurant was closed and that construction was affecting access and comfort of stay. Staff were not particularly helpful or responsive, even though I expIained the situation , more defensive .
I liked the modern décor in the bedroom and good breakfast next morning. Very convenient to the Tube.
The location was fantastic
When we arrived at the hotel we were not shown to our room after we had mentioned we couldn't locate the room we had been given we still weren't shown! We had booked a superior double room, however we had 2 twin beds pushed together which meant there was a slight gap inbetween. We also were not told about refurbishment works going on at the hotel and therefore our stay was very noisy.
We were in a room opposite a group of extremely noisy young people who were having a party in their room. Despite 3 calls from reception staff and someone coming up to complain to them they continued to disturb us. It ruined our stay. We needed to be up early the next morning. The staff took our contact details but no one bothered to contact us. Very dissapointed.
As always the staff, and location
Room cold, even after asking for the aircon to be reset, but did get a heater in the room after an hour, bed split in half from top to bottom, first day of up-grade work in the restaurant ment breakfast was a bit disorganised, fair enough, but heating under the breakfast was insufficient to keep food warm, and was to start to be served at 8am, Sunday, but was still not fully set up at 8.15am, we had appointments to attend at 9am, so had to rush. just needs to be better thought out, again staff were great though and did their best to please.
The friendliness of the staff. Excellent breakfast. Convenience of the hotel's location.
My single room was only supplied with one regular coffee & one tiny carton of milk....not enough if you like more than one milky coffee in the morning. However, it was quickly sorted by helpful reception staff.
Hotel just 200 metres from Euston station. Friendly staff. Free wifi. Very clean modern room
One breakfast out of three not hot Lack of storage space/shelves in bathroom. Safe at bottom of wardrobe, difficult to access.
The bedrooms were very small. I wouldn't feel comfortable staying more than 2 nights in the future.
The hotel is situated within a two minute walk to London Euston and offers bag storage so is great for spending your last day sight-seeing and onward travel. The breakfast was well cooked, tasty and plentiful. Beds were comfy and the wifi worked well.
The hotel seemed dated. We stayed in a deluxe room which seemed far from deluxe. The room lacked any style and bathroom amenities were not great, they were in large dispensers, which stuck, and didn't smell nice. We may have been unlucky but the shower flooded the bathroom. The tv (very small) was on a side wall and difficult to view easily from the beds. On another note we did see a junior suite when collecting our cases and it looked lovely.
