Close to the underground Comfy bed Free wi-fi Good breakfast good value for money
The hotel is certainly not as luxurious as it may seem in the pictures and certainly not a 4 star hotel, but in all fairness, it was good value for money. Poor ventilation in the bathroom Very small room, but probably normal for London Hotel was undergoing renovation and tried to seem more upscale but failed in many ways Aircon in the room was very noisy Wouldn't stay there if it was a leisure trip or more than a night's stay No fridge in the room (pretty basic for a 4 star hotel) Will probably book a room in a more well known hotel next time.
I stayed in room 309 and there was a noise like an air conditioning unit outside the room which ran all night. Also, a fire alarm sounded in the morning which I thought must be a test but when I looked around I could see no fire exit signs which I thought was dangerous.
poor wifi in room no light in bathroom - reception informed - nothing happened during my two day stay
I liked the location and I would definitely stay there again because of the location. The hotel is under renovation so I can't wait to see it when complete as it will look fab I'd say. Also the renovations didn't bother us at all!
The staff weren't that friendly, especially the young man behind reception. The breakfast looked lovely but it was a bit cold.
good value, great facilities and very clean. nice food, helpful staff good nights sleep. will stay here again
Very good location: quiet street, 2 minutes walking to Euston Station, just cross the street and taste a nice pie and a pint of ale at TheBreeLouise pub. Friendly staff. Quite a good choice if you're not looking for luxury accomodation, but just for a nice place to sleep and rest while visiting London.
To be fair, nothing to mention.
The location was ideal, the rooms were clean and modern and quite. Staff were very helpful and polite. Next to underground which was ideal to get around London.
My only downside was the heating which can only come on when you put the card in the room, which meant when we came back to the room in the evening our room was really cold and the cleaners had left the windows open which with the freezing weather outside made it worse. The room took ages to heat up. This obviously won't be a problem in the summer but last weekend was really cold so we felt the cold!!
Every think was a very good standard and the location was great
Breakfast could have been hotter and reported 3 lights needed replacing in the room and it didn t get done
In spite of work going on to improve building I did not feel inconvenienced. Great for me as I travel into Euston. Handy for food and pubs Staff efficient, professional and pleasant.
I liked the bathroom and the bedroom
The room was cold. There was that fan/air conditioning noise on constantly. No silence.
As an overnight stay close to Euston station the hotel was perfect literally 5 minutes walk. The breakfast was superb and free wifi great. The room was small but perfectly formed, modern and clean.
Breakfast started too late
Location was good.
The rooms were extremely small making it very difficult for two people to get ready. Air conditioning was poor.
location was excellent. breakfast was lovely room was a good size for London
noise from building work was unpleasant whilst we were eating breakfast.
Best hotel really. Calm sweet and clean with modern design. Staff are very polite and nice.
Nothing bad really
We told staff on first night that we were too hot and to sort air con out. Was told they would come to sort next day but failed. This made our stay very uncomfortable. Bed was squeaky. Housing keeping did not obide by 'do not disturb' - tried to come barging into our room!
Very spacious room, modern and very close to the underground
The outside of the hotel and the entrance could be improved. It seems as if there are still refurbishing it. No plugs handy near the bed either for phone or laptop.
Breakfast. Spot on.
Breakfast was lovely! .. Staff was very helpful, location was superb .. Room was excellent value for money! Would defintly stay again in the future.
Nice-ish room Staff were helpful
Very hot in the room AC did not work at all Hair in the shower Not worth the money
clean comfortable bed, coffee making facilities in room, powerful shower, nice contemporary room design.
closeness to train station. staff very helpful and friendly. very comfortable bed. breakfast very good, eggs all freshly cooked at the time.
no indication of refurbishment of restruarant, unable to eat in hotel after along trip, had to go out and find somewhere else to eat. air conditioning not working properly in room and ended up opening velux window to cool down in January. we were allocated a delux room on the 3rd floor which was small and was advertised with having a London view i.e if you wanted the roof top view of the opposite buildings , nothing of historical significance.
Friendly staff on arrival, lovely, clean room with huge comfortable bed. Nice selection of fairtrade tea, coffee and biscuits. Great for people who may need to travel from Euston/ Kings cross as these are both reachable within 5-15 mins walking distance.
I was at the back of the building which overlooked a courtyard, there seemed to be a generator or something which kept me awake for a while as it made constant noise throughout the night. Closing the double windows didn't make much difference.
Welcoming staff and helpful (provided fruit teas when asked) Modern and new fittings. Comfortable big bed. Social enterprise giving away its profits.
Due to ongoing work the dining room was affected but this will be finished soon. Out look onto offices but as in centre of London did not expect a view of fields!
