Små, men fina rum. Skön säng. Trevlig personal. Bra frukost. Bra med ett hotell som tar sitt ansvar för miljön med organiska och ekologiska produkter. Ventilationen lät väldigt mycket och rummet kändes som om det gungade. AC:n var trasig, så det var oerhört varmt på rummet, men det fixade personalen efter att vi sade till. |

Location. My booking with you was not passed on to the hotel, but fortunately they were able to accommodate me. The hotel was rated as a 4 star and the room rate reflected this. However although the hotel may have met 4 star requirements, it had the overall feeling of a travel lodge. |

The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable with air conditioning. It was located just two minutes walk from Euston train and underground stations. The breakfast had a very good choice and was delicious. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for our visit. There was food available which was home cooked and of a good variety. The breakfast menu was extensive to suit all tastes. The rooms were modern, clean with en suite facilities. |

Lovely comfortable room and clean bathroom. Really good selection at breakfast and only a short walk to the train stations. Because we stayed at the hotel on a sunday night we got a better rate, I think it is a little overpriced at its full rate. |

It was so quiet and uncrowded unlike other hotels I have stayed in in London. It was hard to believe it was in such a busy area. I had a wonderfully relaxed evening meal with great personal attention. |

the room was small and comfortable and the price included a very nice breakfast the breakfast tables were catered for 4 or more . Considering I was a single person and all the other people in the atrium were couples it was not necessary to have the table set for 4 and it crowded the table. the room was warm and I could not change the air conditioning |

This hotel was very well placed for tube, bus & train. Thew decor is very modern and very clean. The reception staff were v helpful, when we compalined about the shower and room size they did move us to a larger room when we asked. the restaurant staff were not as friendly, we didn't like the food too much selection was limited, breakfast was included in the price but meals were quite expensive, both of these things may be due to the hotels fairtrade policy. Most of the rooms are for students, the rooms were rather small for 2 people but clean & comfortable, we were moved to a larger room when we asked which was very nice, however the noise from the tube kept us awake at night. Probably it is better suited to business people and conferences. Evening meal was £28.50 and 2 cups of tea £5.06 this is ok on 'expenses' but not when it's a leisure trip. |

excellant comfortable room and brilliant breakfast. Good location for eurostar departure and visiting central london watch the hotel bar - vat and service charge(10%) were added to the displayed prices making it very expensive -excellant real ale pub opposite so we used that instead of the hotel bar after the first experience |

The staff were super helpful, the hotel was located brilliant for everything we wanted to do in London and was literally 2 mins from Euston Station so very convenient. It was clean and tidy - weird layout but that wasn't to it's detriment. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations given the very reasonable price. |
