the room was small and comfortable and the price included a very nice breakfast the breakfast tables were catered for 4 or more . Considering I was a single person and all the other people in the atrium were couples it was not necessary to have the table set for 4 and it crowded the table. the room was warm and I could not change the air conditioning |

This hotel was very well placed for tube, bus & train. Thew decor is very modern and very clean. The reception staff were v helpful, when we compalined about the shower and room size they did move us to a larger room when we asked. the restaurant staff were not as friendly, we didn't like the food too much selection was limited, breakfast was included in the price but meals were quite expensive, both of these things may be due to the hotels fairtrade policy. Most of the rooms are for students, the rooms were rather small for 2 people but clean & comfortable, we were moved to a larger room when we asked which was very nice, however the noise from the tube kept us awake at night. Probably it is better suited to business people and conferences. Evening meal was £28.50 and 2 cups of tea £5.06 this is ok on 'expenses' but not when it's a leisure trip. |

excellant comfortable room and brilliant breakfast. Good location for eurostar departure and visiting central london watch the hotel bar - vat and service charge(10%) were added to the displayed prices making it very expensive -excellant real ale pub opposite so we used that instead of the hotel bar after the first experience |

The staff were super helpful, the hotel was located brilliant for everything we wanted to do in London and was literally 2 mins from Euston Station so very convenient. It was clean and tidy - weird layout but that wasn't to it's detriment. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations given the very reasonable price. |

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Good location next to Euston Station for mainline trains and subway plus Kings X and St Pancras just a short walk away. Excellent value for the quality of the room, I have paid much more and got a lot less at other hotels. |

The mic was spotlessly clean and the staff wonderfully helpful and polite. Rooms are excellent, with free mineral water, lovely and plentiful biscuits and high quality toileteries. I also appreciate the ethical/fairtrade awareness. Air conditioning is effective and the building is safe and secure. Although the student buffet in the evening gave excellent portions and was nice, it did seem over-priced. We intended it as our budget option but it ended up costing more than if we had eaten from the restaurant menu. |
