Very Friendly staff. Excellent Breakfast. So handy for the sea front and trams.
There was nothing about this stay I didnt like. There is no car park but that applys to most accomodation in Blackpool especially this near the sea front.
Welcoming hosts who were very accommodating. Parking was straight outside the house. The two single beds were very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was nice - even did vegetarian sausage and supplied us with brown bread rather than white. So glad they are family friendly and that they didn't accept pets and stag/hen parties.
Just that the double bed in the family room wasn't too comfortable - it was really hard and gave us back and hip ache. It felt a bit like we were perched on top of it! It sort of sloped up in the middle, however as we were only staying 2 nights it wasn't that big of a deal.
Roy and Tina are lovly hosts they could not do enough for us, they made my 17 month old feel very welcome abd we did feel very at home. The Middleton was spotless warm and cosy and great value for money breakfast was perfect a great start to the day! Recommend everyone to stay here especially if you have children.
Everything really was perfect
Roy and Tina were the most hospitable hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even cooking our group evening meals on request, which were delicious. Breakfast was excellent and very big, and the toast, juice and coffee just kept coming. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and good comfy beds. For a couple who have not long been in the B&B business they are doing a great job. Thank you both.
Nothing really, the rooms are a little on the small side but I challenge anyone to find a guest house in Blackpool that has large spacious rooms. The guest house is on the north shore so is a little out of the centre, but this makes it quiet at night and there is a tram stop a two minute walk away.
Hosts were very friendly, food excellent and could not do enough for you.
Friendliness of owners
Beds not been made,in both rooms Towels not replaced after use. Electric shower cutting out mid way through shower. Comments about not eating all our breakfast recommending us not to order as much.
Hotel was great no faults at all, neer tram stops, qiet area
To far to walk
It was friendly and quiet
Absolutely wonderful stay. Very friendly staff. Couldn't do enough for you. Choice of what you wanted for breakfast. Lovely clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
Nice quiet part of town. Spotlessly clean. Huge freshly cooked breakfast. Would highly recommend.
On street parking outside hotel.
We liked the location of the hotel as it was only 5 minutes to the tram stop that took us to all the attractions.Roy and Tina were excellent hosts...very friendly and informative...and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The service was first class and the food was superb
Everything was great the owners we're very obliging nothing was to much trouble if we come to Blackpool again we will definitely be staying at the Middleton.
Friendly environment for the children. Great breakfast in the morning. Really clean, spotless. The owners made us feel like we were part of the family.
room was as expected and very clean .breakfast was cooked to order so you could get what you wanted and not waste anything also very adaptable to a time which suited us. Roy and Tina were very nice and friendly.Tram and bus stops very near and a taxi into town was under £5.00 which was cheaper then the bus as there were 4 of us. being in the north, the area is quiet, again this is what we wanted. we stayed 3 nights and would certainly use again
Excellent hotel, absolutely wonderful breakfast. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely go back. Rooms clean, and owners very friendly.
owners were great breakfast was delicious ,clean comfortable beds, very friendly atmosphere definately stay again
nothing that I can think of
within walking distance of all the attractions, breakfast was superb, run by a lovely couple, roy and tina
Friendly and helpful
Good hosts, good breakfast, located close to tram stops to get to and from the piers/pleasure land. Room nice and clean.
We stayed in room 5 and the shower was very weak (pressure) however the hosts did apologise for it and said they were taking the room off until they had it fixed. This is the only (slight) complaint we had during our stay and it wouldn't stop us staying there again.
Roy & Tina are excellent hosts very friendly and helpful , nothing was too much trouble , looking forward to staying there next time soon
Nothing everything was good
the owners were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and the decor was modern with everything colour co- ordinated :) The breakfast was excellent. I am a vegetarian and usually end up with beans and egg! but I had a full breakfast with quorn sausages.
had a problem parking but that was not the hotel's fault. It was on street parking and the illuminations and fireworks were on.
If you want a cheap and friendly place to stay in blackpool this is it. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere right from walking through the door. Excellent breakfasts. 2min walk from the tram stop. Will be stopping again if we're in blackpool.
Meet and greet is great dont overpower you and the breakfast is 100% parking the car very easy in this part of blackpool loads of room near the hotel or roundthe corner
The hotel is in a nice quiet part of Blackpool but handy for the tram. We stayed in the family room which was perfect for 2 adults & 2 young children. Lovely breakfast too.
