Milestone Apartments  

Angeblich sollen in das Zimmer 4 Erwachsene passen, das ist unmöglich, und daher preisleistung eine absolute Frechheit. Kein Fenster im Zimmer!!!!

Bett war angeblich kaputt und musste in andere hotelkette überwiesen werden. Dort bekam ich ein mini zimmer. Absolute frechheit.

The Apartment was very clean and a short walk from the underground.

Nice cozy place with friendly staff

The hotel was minutes walk from the underground station, even the the emirates stadium was down the road. Loads of shops nearby, very cultural area. The room I booked was very good, especially for the price I got.

11 am check out

These apartments are in a great location. It's easy access to many must see areas of London. The staff was kind and v. Helpful. The room was most comfortable and spacious. I liked the entertainment options on the plasma tv and wifi which was all free of cost which was a bonus. Good value for money and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My stay ending early...

The space of the room was more than adequate, really relaxed all the kitchen equipment clean, the bathroom was also fairly clean.

Not impressed on arrival to be told the room was not ready after voicing my disappointment was told we would be put in a upgraded room within minutes so was pleased until we were shown how we had to get to the room via the scarest spiral staircase which was so narrow if I was a size bigger I probably would get stuck i'm flabbergasted that health and safety passed it, the damp patch on the ceiling the heating in the room only staying on for a short while and one of the radiators not working at all,the breakfast table chair broken the bathroom door handle came off when I opened it to come out, the worst thing for us was we felt like we were getting attacked by either bed bugs or they did not wash the bed sheets, they claim the rooms are soundproof, thats false as we heard our neighbours performance throughout the night.

My company paid for this apartment on booking.com in advance with full payment being taken in advance. On check in they wouldn't let me check in without the company credit card used for booking, even though I had my driving license, passport and several other credit cards with my name and identity on it. They insisted I had to pay again. So I paid twice for this place. The first payment was refunded a few days later after I had to chase it. Totally unacceptable and no need for there to be such nonsense at check in. Also the beds were very uncomfortable and the walls paper thin. I would never stay here again.

The location was perfect for us due to the hotel's proximity to Emirates stadium. It was also convenient as the underground station was very close. We got an unexpected free upgrade to a Family apartment and cannot fault the hotel at anything. The apartment was amazing, spotlessly clean and luxuriously designed. We enjoyed every second of our stay and will recommend!

The hotel has a very convenient location near tube station - Finsbury Park. The apartment was very clean, well designed, spacious and well equipped. Kitchen had everything to cook quick lunch and breakfast, even full dinner. The complementary tea and coffee facilities are provided. Cleaning service is very good. There is a reliable wireless connection in the entire hotel. They have several networks, so there is less chance that you will have no access to the internet. Interesting thing about this place is that they provide movie box in the apartment and you can watch as many movies as you like for free. Service at the hotel was also very good. Will of course come back here.

Hotel is close to Finsbury tube station, just 5 minutes walk on a straight road. staff is very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to family. Apartment has all the facilities to my surprise as we did not bring anything with us for cooking. All the kitchen equipment works and shower is powerful.

My stay was really nice, I was greeted by a professional staff and checked in without hassle. The room was very nice, small, but nice, clean with all appliances, small kitchenette and lovely bathroom. I was pleased with the service and left the hotel satisfied. I would recommend the hotel. Thank you.

Nothing at all

I was upgraded to family apartment. The apartment was very luxury and I wish I could afford to stay longer here. I really enjoyed my stay. I was given Apple movie box where I watched movies free all night. Room is very clean and has all the facility of luxury. I will definitely come back here.

Comfortable room, very well designed, studio is a little bit small, but all the facilities are present. I upgraded to an Executive Apartment which is larger, plenty of space and a larger bed. The bathroom is clean. Maid service was also very good. Staff was helpful. Good price and will come again.

Bathroom clean, big space. Room also big, facilities for making tea + coffee are there, the location is great because its only 5 minutes walk from Arsenal - Emirates Stadium. The staffs also very helpful. I will stay to this apartment next time I visit Emirates Stadium.

It doesnt has lift to bring the luggages. But no worries, the staff will help you to carry the luggages.

We came to London as a family of 2 and 2 children of 8 and 12 years old. We stayed at a Family apartment. We must admit we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The bedroom was lovely, the kitchen had all we needed to cook meals, the hotel was very clean and the staff were pleasant. We had such an enjoyable experience at Milestone that would not hesitate to recommend it to other families with children like us.

I have to thank Milestone for excellent service provided, well-designed, well arranged, spacious apartment, reliable wi-fi connection and exceptional cleanliness of the room. I would recommend Milestone Apartments. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Apartments are near the emirates football stadium just 10 minutes walk. it was very convenient for me. hotel service is very polite. rooms were very clean and kitchen is well equipped. plenty of free tea and coffee to drink with milk cans. bed was nice and good. tv was working.

Check in was not before 2 pm as i wanted to check in at 12. hotel was full so no room was ready for early check-in

Hotel is clean and comfortable. It is very close to finsbury park tube station and just 5 minutes walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room facilities are excellent. I will come back to this hotel on my next trip.

I wanted to upgrade to executive apartment but was not available.

Having booked a family room 4 weeks prior to my trip I was more than unhappy to arrive and be told that the room I had booked was not available. We were then given a double room with a fold up bed. Despite one of my party having the conformation email was not allowed to stay in the room until I arrived

We found this delight with pure chance and couldn't have chosen a better location and apartment to stay in. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The place was immaculate, and modern and had everything we needed within the room. The bed was very comfortable like my own with a fitted kitchen, which we hardly used. They give us complementary house wine as it was a special occasion for us which was a lovely gesture. Will book this place again with good recommendation to all.
