Service was impeccable, the rooms and public areas were well staffed and the staff was extremely attentive inlcuding the doorman who remembered and greeted us by name. Very high standard in cleanliness. We did not have dinner but the breakfast was first class. Impressed by the variety of fresh fruit, joghurts, cereal and breads and the selection of hot dishes. We would definitely come and stay again.

The Hotel is in a perfect location for london, right opposite the parks and great for the attactions like the Royal Albert Hall. The Hotel looked amazing inside and out, as the rooms were of a very high standard. The best part of it all is the staff, they make the hotel. They are high class, friendly and most helpful, they can not do enough. An amazing stay and would go back. Excellent.

This is a very special hotel which is stunningly decorated in period style and with outstanding service. Our room (though small and overlooking the internal courtyard) was beautifully furnished with every comfort, excellent bed and high quality traditional style bathroom. We ate in the elegant restaurant (pre-theatre table d'hote menu which is not advertised on the website) and the food was wonderful. If anything the staff tried perhaps a little too hard when we arrived (no doubt to pander to American expectations) but they soon tailored it to our slightly lower key requirements and we found the level of service to be truly outstanding throughout the hotel. The welcome glass (or two!) of champagne, the complimentary fruit, chocolates, tea tray and mineral water in the room were greatly appreciated. We would definitely go back if we wanted to stay in this part of London (ideal for Knightsbridge shopping, Albert Hall etc).

The attention to detail - even before we arrived they wanted to know some of our preferences to ensure that our stay was as memorable as it could be. The room far exceeded expectations and the service was attentive and helpful at all times.

The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. This is a very well run, high class place to stay and we'd recommend it, without hesitation. The cost of the breakfast was off-putting. There cannot be any real need to charge £20+ per head for it when, around the corner, under £10 per head will bring an excellent meal.

Wonderful voyage. You rarely meet smth that english in London. If you wish to experience british customs and traditions and spend your time in sublime luxury and tranquility, that's it. Friendly staff and hearty approach: you feel yourself a guest, not a client. A must-visit in my opinion You shouldn't expect a swimming pool, looks more like a bath + a very narrow-ranged gym, but does that really matter? The metal parts in the lifts were rarely cleaned, which is not nice for that class of a hotel.

The room was beautifully designed. The location was amazing, easy access to everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Right across the street from Kensington Park, tons of restaurants around, walking distance to Albert Hall. Big, comfortable bed. Tiny tv. Weird shower that you had to stand right against the wall to get under. Expensive. The walls are thin, so you can hear people all around you.

The rooms are just perfect. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated. Staff friendly and competent. As near to perfect as humanly conceivable. Housekeeping was a bit early and noisy, but nothing to spoil the overall experience

Uppgraderingen till bättre rum, champagne vid födelsedag, god mat och dryck, uppmärksamheten Det tog en halvtimme från beställning tills vi fick kaffe till rummet. Behövde också säga till om att toalettpapper höll på att ta slut.

Adoramos o hotel. Limpeza e atendimento dos funcionários impecáveis, quarto confortável, lindo e muito bem localizado. Funcionários prestativos e educadíssimos. Hotel muito bem conservado, cheiroso, realmente padrão 5 estrelas.

Milestone Hotel si presenta come un antico palazzo, quasi un castello vicinissimo all'ingresso dei giardini di Kensington. Gli arredi originali dell'epoca sono splendidi e le camere arredate con buon gusto e fornite di ogni comfort. Gentilissimi alla reception e comunque tutto il personale molto disponibile e premuroso. Buona anche la posizione anche se a 7 minuti a piedi dalla metro; quella fermata poi non è raggiunta da metro diverse come in altri posti quindi questo può creare qualche disagio, ma il tutto viene ben sopperito da taxi ed autobus.
