Some noise from upstairs. Hotel staffs were okay, but some of them were not really friendly.
Quiet room, good breakfast in airey room.
Some areas a bit dated
Had wonderful seafood risotto for dinner.
VERY HELPFUL STAFF. THERE WERE 4 OF US STAYING IN 2 SEPARATE ROOMS AND 2 OF US HAD AN EARLY START, (SKYDIVE) WHILE THE OTHER 2 IN OUR PARTY STAYED FOR BREAKFAST AND BOUGHT US ALONG A COUPLE OF BACON SANDWICHES...LOVELY..!!!

The hotel was a perfect choice. Ideal position. First class decor. Staff were excellent. Food was 1st class. Couldn't have picked a better choice to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary
The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, large and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was only a short walk into the town centre. Basically it was everything I expected it to be for the price.
Breakfast was an additional £12.50 each which is just overpriced so we didnt bother.
Serene Sunday package: Room- clean bright and stylish with excellent bathroom (power shower was very good). Hotel was modern and very relaxing. Friendly staff Free wi -fi Excellent dinner, very good breakfast. Good location 5 minute stroll into Sailsbury town.
The complimentary cream tea was on the average side, but beautifully presented on a silver cake stand, and scones were warm.
Cleanliness,staff,location,very good breakfast.
Bed rather soft and seemed to be on a backward slope, might be a good idea if they were to try it out themselves.
Free on site parking.
Nice, clean and welcoming. Good base hotel to visit Southern England. Good size room (stayed in Wilton)
Staff friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Room convenient and well appointed however...
Really disliked the frosted glass in the bedroom window. The site of the air conditioning was a design disaster. The machine is at pillow level and close to one's ear and the noise makes sleep impossible
Friendly and helpful staff, location is a short walk to the town
the whole hotel feels a bit dated, more like a motel
Locality to Salisbury, nice cheery, helpful staff, excellent meals and value for money
Nothing to complain about at all
The hotel was just a short walk from the centre of Salisbury. It boasted an excellent restaurant and rooms.
Nothing to speak of.
Lovely location, 5 minute walk into Salisbury Town. Shared amenities within hotel, lovely and modern & very peaceful. Staff really lovely and friendly and happy to help!
Booked an executive room and was disappointed. It was very clean, but the room was tired, and tad old fashioned. From pictures on website I thought it would be better than it actually was.
The food - delicious
Winter duvets in Summer- too hot. Not enough ventilation in room , so had to use AC which was noisy.
Not only was the staff consistently excellent, they were also consistently patient.
Location fifteen minutes from town center. Staff extremely helpful, friendly. Restaurant very good menu with lovely, helpful and cheerful staff
We booked a Superior room but was very, very disappointed. It was a very small, hot, dark and depressing room looking onto a wall outside. There was a a huge noisy air conditioner on the wall next to the bed. Apart from the bathroom also being very small the loo paper was at the back of the toilet which made it totally inaccessible. I would stay there again but would check the room before I except it. I definitely would not have stayed had I not been with friends.
It was very central, clean and comfortable. Free parking and free wifi.
Felt a bit out dated for the price.
Staff polite and cheery
Never keen on sleeping on the ground floor
This hotel is ideally located for Central Salisbury, great facilities. Staff were very friendly.
The hotel was lovely, spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. I'm usually a poor sleeper but slept well. The room was huge, really well equipped.
Nothing really except the shower was fixed on the wall so a bit awkward to use but there was a bath and we would definitely stay again.
