Everything about the Milford Hall Hotel was fabulous. From the friendly and obliging reception staff, to the teddy bear on the bed, to the quality, choice and service in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Lovely setting and even though there was a sizeable party on one night, we did not hear a thing. We liked it so much we extended our stay! |

All the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially in the bar and restaurant. Good wireless connection in the room. Great parking. 5 min walk from centre of town. Amazing value given that we paid £100 for a room with 4 poster bed and that included £50 credit for dinner for two. The dinner wasn't particulary good. The chips weren't cooked through for example. |

The restaurant was very pleasant. Our bed was too soft (like sleeping on the high seas). We was not offered any toast at breakfast and there was no cappacino available. |

The reception I received from the lady on reception was particularly friendly and courteous. This immediately put me at ease and helped me feel comfortable with the hotel. Even though I consider myself a man in every sense of the word.... I enjoyed the teddy on the bed! It made me smile. |

The restaurant. Simon, waiter, made the experience. Cleanliness of the bathroom could be greatly improved. Hair in the bathroom/room from previous guest was gross! |

Staff were extremely polite and professional. With the rooms sectioned off and fire doors separating them, it reduced any passing guest noise |

Staff where friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast however the evening meal was excellent. The bed was to soft and the pillows were lumpy, also the walls were a little on the thin side |

Easy check in...friendly staff, I had a few extra requests (like storing bike in garage) and all was no trouble I fancied a single gin and tonic...£4.25...I thought this a bit accessive! |

The Hotel was close to the city centre so there were no car parking worries. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and most helpful. Food was good and served in pleasant surroundings. Everything made for a perfect weekend visit. |
