breakfast, staff, location street noise, but it wasn't too bad. My mother was to back of hotel and she had no problems. |

closeness to underground, restaurants and convenient stores.breakfast had a a good variety and catered for everyone. size of bathrooms and reconciling our bills,I was billed an extra 200 pounds and only refunded when i questioned the receptionist Suman |

Liked the location and price.The staff were generally very courteous and helpful. No draught beer in the bar and the rooms were tiny.The reception desk was very slow to chnage my bill to pay on two credit cards. |

The helpfulness of the staff. The generous quantities at breakfast and on the tea tray in the room. The modern lift. No. The room was small, but quiet. |

There was no water due to a broken pipe and the staff refused to move us to another hotel. Rooms were very small and too hot. |

The room is very small. It could be for only two persons or maybe one. I could hear a loud traffic noise out in the street. |

Extremely pleasant staff - most helpful to visitors. Room service staff exceptionally accomodating and polite. Finishing hot breakfast 30 minutes before cold breakfast. Staff kept logging in to see if my credit card was already scanned and asking to see it again each time I wished to put drinks etc on my room. I gave up and paid cash !! |

Great location, close to Paddingtion and walking distance to Oxford Street. The staff were very friendly. Room size, no lift to certain floors |

Very friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet included in the price. The bed was softer than any bed that I've slept in before. Like a big ball of cotton wool. |

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Paddington Station. Restaurant, Pub, 24h shop in unmittelbarer Nähe, gutes kontinentales Frühstück. Sehr kleines Badezimmer in dem schon das Abtrocknen nach dem Duschen nur mit Wandkontakt möglich war. Der Anfrage nach einer dritten Bettdecke im Dreibettzimmer wurde nur auf wiederholtes Nachfragen und eher widerwillig nachgekommen. |

Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et disponible. Le petit déjeuné continental a été amélioré. Il est très complet et varié... Hôtel a gardé comme référence... Rien tout était très bien... |

Utmärkt 3-stjärnigt hotell. Rena rum och trevlig personal. En var svenska. Lugnt och tryggt läge i Paddington med tre tunnelbanelinjer alldeles intill. Hyde park låg också nära. Rekommenderas varmt! |

Perfekt läge med 5 min promenadavstånd från Paddington. Goda tunnelbaneförbindelser. 5 min till Hyde Park och promenadavstånd till Marbel Arch. Brittisk standard på rummet. |

possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento (10£ al giorno) davanti all'hotel. le stanze troppo piccole rispetto alle foto: nella tripla si riusciva ad aprire solo per metà la porta del minuscolo bagno perché andava a battere sul letto matrimoniale( da una piazza e mezza). |

Pas vernieuwd hotel, goed gelegen en mooi. Heel kleine kamer, het hotelporselein was vuil en bij omruiling waren de omgeruilde tassen terug vuil, en bij betaling met kredietkaart maken ze de afrekening in Euro aan een uiterst onvoordelige wisselkoers. Bij navraag om afrekening in gbp bleek dit niet mogelijk.De prijs van de kamer ligt dus steeds hoger dan gedacht. |
